Rating + 1 "Electronic Express" is a joke

"Electronic Express" is a joke. They have no communication what so ever. I would avoid this poor excuse for a business. Details below:

I ordered this on Friday 5/3/2013 12:52:25 PM. I checked the order status on Monday 5/6/2013 and it had not been billed or processed so I sent them an email at 9:41 am "Will this ship this week?". They never responded. I then sent the order cancellation email to them at 12:43 pm as I had already ordered directly from New Egg so I would have before Friday (our next gig). Again, no response. I received the item on Wednesday after getting the shipping notification on Tuesday after cancelling the order. I requested an RMA the following week (a week ago) and I have never had any response to any of my inquiries. I now have an extra MP3 player that I have no use for.

Rating + 1 Sold used equipment as new

The product I received was obviously used. Any/all labels and protective coverings were removed from the camera. The battery was already installed in the camera. The usb cable was poorly wound and held together with scotch tape.

I emailed the seller regarding this issue and still no response 11 days later.

This company sent me a USED, open-box product with NO Sony manual or warranty when I ordered a NEW product.
After a phone call to their support and a three week shipping delay period I was finally delivered a NEW Sony product. Very disappointed.

Rating + 1 39" proscan TV from Electronic Express

Received wrong tracking number initially. Continued to track shipping until it was noted as delivered. Wrong package, delivered to another address. Had to strong arm Customer Service to send out another package with tracking number and not wait for the "claim to be filed" . Finally arrived 5 days late.

Rating + 4 EUREKA 443B SuperLite Upright Vacuum

It was remanufactured ... I must have missed that in the description. Nonetheless, it was in perfect condition and seems to work fine. I ordered this because I did not need a vacuum with hoses and attachments. It has a paper filter, washable, so order an extra filter to use while one dries :)

    Our goal is 100% satisfaction and we aim to satisfy you each time you honor us with a purchase,

    3. Do not fill out warranty cards until you ensure items work properly

    Return Policy

    All purchases* (see below for exceptions) are returnable if (UNOPENED) within 30 days. Shipping costs are not refundable. Upon returning merchandise you will incur the full shipping amount even if you originally had free shipping or paid a promotional shipping price.

    A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to any (OPENED) merchandise that is not defective. All opened merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's box with the UPC intact and the product serial number must match the serial number on the manufacturer's box.

    *Televisions - All televisions may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund/exchange (excluding shipping cost.) Opened merchandise is subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping cost to us and we will pay for the exchange to be sent back to you.

    *DIRECTV / Installed Car Stereo / Satellite Radio - We do not accept returns on DIRECTV or any installed car stereo products.


    Defective Returns

    For the convenience of our valued customers, we offer an easy to follow return policy for defective items. Eligible defective products** may be returned for an exchange within 30 days from the date your product was delivered. Defective products must be returned in the original box with all packaged materials including any and all promotional materials shipped with product. THE UPC LABEL MUST BE INTACT and THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ORIGINAL BOX. The original product must be returned no later than 10 days from the receipt of your return authorization number. Any merchandise that does not have a return authorization number will be refused.

    **The following products are not covered under our 30 day defective return policy and will be covered exclusively by the manufacturer's warranty.

    Appliances, cellular phones, car audio products, satellite products (DIRECTV, Sirius, XM) and HDTV receivers.


    Damaged Returns

    We make every effort to prevent shipping damages. If your package appears damaged upon receipt, simply refuse the shipment. If the shipping company has left and you realize that your shipment is damaged, immediately contact customer service at (888) 257-7500, as we only have 21 calendar days to file a claim with FedEx.


    Refusing Undamaged Products

    In the event that you refuse your package, with the exception of damaged shipments, you will incur the full shipping price. If you ordered a product with promotional shipping, you will still incur the full shipping price upon refusing the package.


    Return Shipping Costs

    Electronic Express does not pay incoming shipping fees. In the case of defective product exchanged for new product, Electronic Express will pay outbound shipping. Returned merchandise must arrive within 30 days of Return Authorization.
