Hopefully you get exactly what you wanted. If you try and send something back, first it requires numerous emails to get any response. When you do and receive RMA, box has to be doubled boxed, even though it wasn't when received. There goes $21. Then they don't provide shipping, another $66. I opened the box, another 15% or $34. So on a $227 brand new item, I was getting back $93! Then I hear from other raters, actually getting the money credited is also difficult. Why Newegg associates with these people is beyond me

Rating + 1 Good Luck with RMAs

Got the Product and the HDMI port had issues. Ok thats fine but try and get an RMA. I have tried twice so far with no returned emails. Pray that you get a good device from these jokers cause you will not be able to return it.

Electronic Express sent me an Asus computer with a a space bar that didn't work. I sent it back. They sent me another one with a space bar that didn't work. I waited on the phone for 20 minutes to get a fedex label. I hung up. I called them again. They picked up. I want my money back. I do not want another computer. I started using New Egg on the recommendation of my son. I now have to start rethinking that. Actions speak louder than words.

Received a Sony Dual Core Blu-ray Disc Player recently from Electronic Express through Newegg. The shipping box the item came in was in good shape without any wear and tear from shipping, but when I opened the box the retail box the Sony Disc Player was packed in was torn open and basically destroyed. This had to be in this condition when it was packed up. It appears as if Electronic express just didn't care what I would think when I opened the box... The wifi on the disc player doesn't work and I can only assume it was returned by someone else and they re-packed it and sent it out again.

Newegg advertised the product as the Nikon EN-EL14 battery, whereas Electronics Express only stocked and delivered the Nikon EN-EL14a battery.
The advertised model has been discontinued for several years. The 14a will work, although it will not provide the same number of shots in the camera unless the complicated procedure of firmware update is done.

I have a problem with a purchase and I haven't had any response to emails that have been sent. They will not stand behind a warranty beyond 30 days or help you with it. The television I purchased we watched 4 times and now doesn't work. It was represented as having a 2 year warranty.

RMA Policy
    Electronic Express is an authorized dealer for all products we sell & every product carries full USA manufacturer's warranty.

    Return Policy

    All purchases* (see exceptions below) are returnable if unopened; within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are not refundable. Upon returning merchandise you will incur the full shipping price even if you originally had free/promo shipping.

    A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to any opened merchandise that is not defective. All merchandise must be returned in the original box w/ the UPC intact & the serial number on the product must match the manufacturer's box.

    *DirecTV / Installed Car Stereo / SAT Radio - We do not accept returns on DirecTV or any installed car stereo products.

    TV Return Policy:

    It Is Extremely Important You Inspect The Product For Damages Before The Driver Leaves. If your TV appears damaged refuse it. Once you sign for it or open the box you cannot claim in-transit damage. If the shipping company has left & you realize that your package is damaged, immediately contact customer service. Damaged claims after 24 hrs from date of delivery will not be accepted.

    TV's 42" & under that are sealed in the original manufacturer box (never opened) may be returned within 30 days for a refund (no exchanges). You will receive the purchase price less shipping charges. You must double box insure & the return shipment to cover possible damages or additional charges may apply. A fee will be charged for any items that were not returned.

    TV's over 42" cannot be returned & the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. Open the box immediately & inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document & contact us immediately to report the damage & file a claim.

    Defective Returns

    Eligible defective products** may be returned for an exchange within 30 days from date of delivery, except for TV's which are refund only. THE UPC MUST BE INTACT & SERIAL NUMBER ON THE PRODUCT MUST MATCH THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ORIGINAL BOX. The product must be returned no later than 10 days from the receipt of your return authorization number. Any merchandise w/o a return authorization number will be refused.

    We reserve the right to test defective returns & impose a minimum 15% restocking fee if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any return that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

    ** following products are not covered under our 30 day defective return policy & will be covered soley by the manufacturers' warranty:

    All TVs larger than 42", Appliances, cell phones, Video Games & Consoles, car audio products, car stereo install parts, satellite products (DirecTV/SAT Radio) & HDTV Receivers. TVs 42" & up will be serviced by an authorized service center & if they cannot be repaired they will be replaced for the same model only by the manufacturer.

    Damaged Returns

    If your package appears damaged upon receipt simply refuse the shipment. If the shipping company has left & you realize that your package is damaged, immediately contact our customer service dept. Please note that due to the time constraints to file a shipping damage or loss claim, all shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

    Refusing Undamaged Packages

    In the event that you refuse your package, w/ the exception of damaged shipments, you will incur the full shipping price. If you ordered a product w/ promo shipping, you will still incur the full shipping price upon refusing the package.

    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
