Is what I hear when requesting a RMA from seller. 2 emails sent and no response. Sent 3 emails to Newegg and have zero confidence it will be resolved. Especially when I send an email that states the cd player skips and get a response of " please specify the reason you want to return item ".

Got a laptop with a dead hard drive and a dead bluetooth receiver installed. Originally mailed about a replacement but now I just want my money back.

Its been 7-days and my order is MIA. In the past 4+ years of ordering through NewEgg, I have never received an order that surpassed the expected delivery date - 99.9% of the time I am stunned how fast I receive orders. I now have to wait an additional 72-hours for a possible resolution.

Electronic Express - If you are going to provide a tracking number, you might want to ensure its functional. Otherwise what's the point of providing a tracking number? You have frustrated a customer, trying to figure out why his order was not received in a timely manor.

In the future, I will avoid third party vendors like this and stick with what I know to be a solid solution - NewEgg and their state of the art delivering system and partners. When NewEgg says it will get out and delivered, it gets delivered!

The two stars are given only because NewEgg's exceptional technical support has stepped in to resolve the mia order. I am not clearly impressed with this vendor.

I had 0 problems so far with this seller. Granted I'm extremely skeptical of any seller on Newegg's Marketplace. But I have no complaints for this company. Product arrived well ahead of when I was expecting it. They shipped faster than most.

Rating + 1 Shipped wrong qunatity

Shipping realtively quick, but when placed order newegg generated 3 separate invoices for the one order, and when I finally got a ship[ped, charged invoice, Electrinic Xxpress only shipped one instead of the 2 I ordered and was charged for. Chat with Newegg supoport appears to be unreponsive.

    Electronic Express is an authorized dealer for all products we sell & every product carries full USA manufacturer's warranty.

    Return Policy

    All purchases* (see below for exceptions) are returnable if unopened; within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are not refundable. Upon returning merchandise you will incur the full shipping amount even if you originally had free/promo shipping.

    A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to any opened merchandise that is not defective. All merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's box with the UPC intact & the serial number on the product must match the manufacturer's box.

    *DirecTV / Installed Car Stereo / Satellite Radio - We do not accept returns on DirecTV or any installed car stereo products.

    TV Return Policy:

    It Is Extremely Important You Inspect The Product For Damages Before The Driver Leaves. If your TV appears damaged you should refuse it. Once you sign for it or open the box you cannot claim in-transit damage. If the shipping company has left and you realize that your package is damaged, immediately contact customer service. Damaged claims after 48 hours from date of delivery will not be accepted.

    TV's 42" & larger that are sealed in the original manufacturer box (never opened) may be returned within 30 days for a refund. You will receive the purchase price less shipping charges. You must insure the product when you ship it back to cover possible damages that may occur during transit. A fee will be charged for any items that were not returned.

    TV's over 42" cannot be returned & the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. Open the box immediately & inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document & contact us immediately to report the damage & file a claim.

    Defective Returns

    Eligible defective products** may be returned for an exchange within 30 days from date of delivery. THE UPC LABEL MUST BE INTACT & THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE PRODUCT MUST MATCH THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ORIGINAL BOX. The original product must be returned no later than 10 days from the receipt of your return authorization number. Any merchandise that does not have a return authorization number will be refused.

    We reserve the right to test defective returns and impose a minimum 15% restocking fee if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any return that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

    ** following products are not covered under our 30 day defective return policy & will be covered soley by the manufacturers' warranty:

    All TVs larger than 42", Appliances, cell phones, Video Games & Consoles, car audio products, car stereo install parts, satellite products (DirecTV, Sirius, XM) & HDTV Receivers. TVs 42" & up will be serviced by an authorized service center & if they cannot be repaired they will be replaced for the same model only by the manufacturer.

    Damaged Returns

    If your package appears damaged upon receipt simply refuse the shipment. If the shipping company has left and you realize that your package is damaged, immediately contact our customer service dept. Please note that due to the time constraints to file a shipping damage or loss claim, all shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

    Refusing Undamaged Packages

    In the event that you refuse your package, with the exception of damaged shipments, you will incur the full shipping price. If you ordered a product with promo shipping, you will still incur the full shipping price upon refusing the package.

    We don't price-match with other retailers for products sold on Newegg.com.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
