Rating + 1 Extremely disappointed

Just received the PC. The packaging foam has a gaping hole on one side and has melted onto the case and the rear part of the GPU card. I am so disappointed as I have paid a lot of money for this and waited long enough only to receive it in a bad condition. Tried to process a return and contact seller, but it shows I have to wait 48 hours for a response. I had to call them myself the next day to get a response. They were blaming it on shipping, but it was definitely damaged from the way they packaged the unit. I took pictures of the unit with foam melted all over the GPU and the side of the case as a proof. I have gone long enough without a working PC and it has hampered my productivity at work. I should have bought somewhere else. Now we have to wait more than a week again because they won't send a new one until they received the returned unit.

Rating + 1 Completely disappointed

I was under the impression that the Zen pad 10 included the audio dock keyboard since every picture online it is shown with the audio doc Keyboard. Receiving it in the mail I found out that it did not have the keyboard included. disappointed initially I thought no big deal I can go ahead and order it separately on NewEgg only to find that they do not offer it neither does any other website that I have found offer the Asus audio dock keyboard so if you are purchasing this tablet to be used with the keyboard don't bother it's not worth it

Rating + 2 TV Box was damaged from inside, broken Foam pieces

Got the Samsung TV in time, but when I opened the box it appeared to be damaged from the inside, as if someone has repackaged this tv in the box again. Protecting Foam was broken from many places, plastic wasn't correctly placed. Overall no problem with TV. But I suspect that box may have been tampered with, not sure if i can trust the seller for future purchases.

Rating + 4 It took some effort, but everything worked out in the end

I wanted to return a newly purchased TV because I wasn't happy with the resolution and the sound. I submitted 3 requests (waiting 3-4 days between them) and never got a response. After submitting the 3rd RMA request, I left a 1 egg review saying that I would be specifically avoiding EE in the future because they were unresponsive. Almost immediately after leaving the review they sent me an email with the RMA number and instructions. The TV was returned and refunded, and I ordered a new one from them which was delivered promptly. I wish they had just responded to my 1st request, but it's good to know that they are responsive once they realize there is an issue.

I received my order exactly on the day I expected it. The packaging was very good also.
The Samsung 4K Blu-Ray is excellent. It was hard to believe that a great Blu-Ray movie could be any better... BUT it will be better in every way.

Strongly recommend this TV. Picture is fantastic, remote is wonderful. Only down side the sound is kind of "tinny" but we've found that to be true with most flat screen tv's.

Shipped without power supply and connection cabling. A connection diagram would have been useful also.

    Return Policy

    All purchases* (see exceptions below) are returnable if unopened; within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are not refundable. Upon returning merchandise you will incur the full shipping price even if you originally had free/promo shipping.

    A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to any opened merchandise that is not defective. All merchandise must be returned in the original box w/ the UPC intact & the serial number on the product must match the manufacturer's box.

    TV Return Policy:

    It Is Extremely Important You Inspect The Product For Damages Before The Driver Leaves. If your TV appears damaged refuse it. Once you sign for it or open the box you cannot claim in-transit damage. If the shipping company has left & you realize that your package is damaged, immediately contact customer service. Damaged claims after 24 hrs from date of delivery will not be accepted.

    TV's 42" & under that are sealed in the original manufacturer box (never opened) may be returned within 30 days for a refund (no exchanges). You will receive the purchase price less shipping charges. You must double box insure & the return shipment to cover possible damages or additional charges may apply. A fee will be charged for any items that were not returned.

    TV's over 42" cannot be returned & the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. Open the box immediately & inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document & contact us immediately to report the damage & file a claim.

    Defective Returns

    Eligible defective products** may be returned for an exchange within 30 days from date of delivery, except for TV's which are refund only. THE UPC MUST BE INTACT & SERIAL NUMBER ON THE PRODUCT MUST MATCH THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ORIGINAL BOX. The product must be returned no later than 10 days from the receipt of your return authorization number. Any merchandise w/o a return authorization number will be refused.

    We reserve the right to test defective returns & impose a minimum 15% restocking fee if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any return that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

    All TVs larger than 42", Appliances, cell phones, Video Games & Consoles, car audio products, car stereo install parts, satellite products (DirecTV/SAT Radio) & HDTV Receivers. TVs 42" & up will be serviced by an authorized service center & if they cannot be repaired they will be replaced for the same model only by the manufacturer.

    Damaged Returns

Please note that due to the time constraints to file a shipping damage or loss claim, all shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

    Refusing Undamaged Packages

    In the event that you refuse your package, w/ the exception of damaged shipments, you will incur the full shipping price. If you ordered a product w/ promo shipping, you will still incur the full shipping price upon refusing the package.

    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
