Rating + 5 Completely Satisfied....

Not sure about some negative comments, but I opted to buy from Electronic Express as they had lower price and free-ship. My delivery was smooth and quick... In fact I have not received my NewEgg part of my order, as this item arrived by FedEx on Saturday, making this a 2-3 day delivery depending on what time the order was actually released. Packaging was to my delight as the box was labeled "Fragile"... Now we all know that this labeling by itself can not insure a safe arrival, but it sure places a suggestion in the carrier's mindset. I prefer FedEx when I ship items and was happy with a Sat. Delivery. Again, my experience with EE was definitely a "walk in the park". Process was smooth and pleasantly surprised with this transaction. I give them 5 stars for my experience... Hope this help others make their decisions....

I ordered a Roku. However, they gave me a tracking number that does not exist. After many attempts of trying to retreive some information with no response, I am tempted to cancel the order and demand my money back.

Rating + 3 slow processing/delivery

The order sat with the co. for several business days before being processed/shipped. Also, the product ordered (a Roku 3) was later found to be much less expensive elsewhere. Furthermore, no invoice accompanied the order. All in all, a rather amateur-ish effort.

Do not purchase from this seller!

I purchased some speakers from Electronics Express. The package arrived battered without any packing around the speakers. One of the speakers inside was damaged. I called Electronics Express for a refund. On the first call, I was granted the refund, but never received any return instructions. On the second call, I was again granted the refund and this time got an email with return instructions.

Electronic Express said they would file a claim on the delivery company to get the shipping back. I tried to return the package as received, but was told it must be reboxed. The shipping company charged $11 to box.

When Electronics Express gave me the refund, the reason given was "no longer needed" rather than "received damaged" as I had told them multiple times. They also charged me a 15% restocking fee for merchandise I received damaged. I have now lost more than half the purchase price and have nothing for it.

Avoid at all costs!

The product was defective out of the box. Went through troubleshooting with the manufacturer, etc. They said to get a replacement machine. I've now sent 2 requests for return/exchange through Newegg to try and get an RMA number. No luck. Guess I'll keep trying?

Rating + 1 Never again!

I can't believe how incredibly long it is taking to get the item I purchased! I am still waiting for my order to get to me. It took them about 4 days to process my order and then it sat in their shipping queue for about 4 days then it was picked up and now it is going to take an additional 14 days to actually ship to me according to the shipping company. Why would they choose such a slow shipper? I can't believe how long it is taking to get my order! According to the website I should have it in a maximum of 9-10 days, well it's more like 22 days. This doesn't set well with me at all.

This seller took 7 days to process my order and it will take approximately 14 more days to actually deliver to my house due to their choice of method of shipping. I actually had to call them to process my order. When calling them they told me that the orders from the particular day that I ordered "didn't print" so they were having to catch up...I'm very dissatisfied. If I had known this prior to ordering from this seller I would have gone elsewhere. I really needed this item, like today!

Is this reseller a joke? I ordered a Roku box on 01/28, and here it is 02/07 and still no tracking information. How long does it take to ship a 1 lb package? I should have gone to a local retailer instead.

    Return Policy

    All purchases* (see below for exceptions) are returnable if unopened; within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are not refundable. Upon returning merchandise you will incur the full shipping amount even if you originally had free/promo shipping.

    A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to any opened merchandise that is not defective. All merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's box with the UPC intact & the serial number on the product must match the manufacturer's box.

    *DirecTV / Installed Car Stereo / Satellite Radio - We do not accept returns on DirecTV or any installed car stereo products.

    TV Return Policy:

    It Is Extremely Important You Inspect The Product For Damages Before The Driver Leaves. If your TV appears damaged you should refuse it. Once you sign for it or open the box you cannot claim in-transit damage. If the shipping company has left and you realize that your package is damaged, immediately contact customer service. Damaged claims after 48 hours from date of delivery will not be accepted.

    TV's 42" & larger that are sealed in the original manufacturer box (never opened) may be returned within 30 days for a refund. You will receive the purchase price less shipping charges. You must insure the product when you ship it back to cover possible damages that may occur during transit. A fee will be charged for any items that were not returned.

    TV's over 42" cannot be returned & the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. Open the box immediately & inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document & contact us immediately to report the damage & file a claim.

    Defective Returns

    Eligible defective products** may be returned for an exchange within 30 days from date of delivery. THE UPC LABEL MUST BE INTACT & THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE PRODUCT MUST MATCH THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ORIGINAL BOX. The original product must be returned no later than 10 days from the receipt of your return authorization number. Any merchandise that does not have a return authorization number will be refused.

    We reserve the right to test defective returns and impose a minimum 15% restocking fee if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any return that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

    ** following products are not covered under our 30 day defective return policy & will be covered soley by the manufacturers' warranty:

    All TVs larger than 42", Appliances, cell phones, Video Games & Consoles, car audio products, car stereo install parts, satellite products (DirecTV, Sirius, XM) & HDTV Receivers. TVs 42" & up will be serviced by an authorized service center & if they cannot be repaired they will be replaced for the same model only by the manufacturer.

    Damaged Returns

    If your package appears damaged upon receipt simply refuse the shipment. If the shipping company has left and you realize that your package is damaged, immediately contact our customer service dept. Please note that due to the time constraints to file a shipping damage or loss claim, all shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

    Refusing Undamaged Packages

    In the event that you refuse your package, with the exception of damaged shipments, you will incur the full shipping price. If you ordered a product with promo shipping, you will still incur the full shipping price upon refusing the package.
