Rating + 1 Worst Case, Even Worse Customer Service

Case is flimsy, does not fit correctly. Steer clear from this case and more precisely, this company. I've put in a RMA request multiple times with zero response. A loss of $10 unfortunately. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for an iPhone case. I want to spare you the headache and disappointment that you'll go through.

Rating + 1 Rearth: Purchase and Shipping Experiences

Rearth,
The supplier of my purchase, was not a professionally and my Customer satisfaction is poor! I called them as my package/order was originally undeliverable and was being returned to them, via my tracking information. When I was finally able to make contact with Rearth, the telephone connection was poor, the Customer Service Representative was poorly experienced at handling my issue and had small children screaming in the back-round. The "Rep" insured me the problem would be corrected and my order would be reshipped with in a couple of days. I ask for new Tracking information. One week later I tried to call, no answer, the next day I called and spoke to the same Representative, another poor connection, couldn't hear most of what she said, she did tell me that they hadn't been "open for business" so it was likely that the Postal Service was unable to return my package to Rearth, therefore they had not received it, 8 days later than I was originally told it would reach destina

does not provide the same service we want. However, I even though you did not recieve your package i am truly sorry that we were not able to asisst you. Our normal business hour is from M-F 8 am to 5 pm so if you have any

RMA Policy
    We take great pride in our products, and hope you are delighted with your purchase from Rearth USA. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority!
    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a full refund minus shipping fee within resalable condition.

    All we ask is that the product is not used, and is in the same condition you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging. Once your order is received at Rearth warehouse, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment.
    The original shipping fee is not refundable. Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 24-48 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
    You will be notified by email once your return as been processed.

    •All customers wishing to return their purchases must first obtain a 'Return Merchandise Authorization' (RMA) number.
    •All returns/exchanges must be non-damage or unopened and contains all original contents. Otherwise, a minimum of a 20% restocking fee will apply

    All Replacement will be shipped via Package Free Unit (PFU) to help reduce excess waste that can be harmful to the environment.

    WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

    • Normal wear and tear of Product use
    • Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use
    • Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose
    • Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance

    Rearth Products, LLC and its affiliated companies worldwide (Rearth Ringke, Ringbo, Verco) warrants our Rearth products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the Warranty Period). Rearth does not warrant, and is not responsible for, any smart phone or other device made by anyone other than Rearth. If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any Rearth product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Rearth will replace the product with a new or refurbished Rearth's product.

    How to Return/Exchange a Product

    Return/Exchange is fast and easy.

    1. Log into your account.

    2. Click the order number containing the item(s) you wish to return.

    3. Request an RMA

    4. Explain the Reason and Method for the return and add comments regarding return/exchanges.

    5. In 24-48 hours, you will receive an email with RMA number and important instructions. Please, do not ship the item(s) until you receive an authorization email from us.

    6. Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Rearth USA cannot be responsible for items that are damaged and do not arrive at our warehouse.

    7. Mail your return with the appropriate postage.
