Rating + 1 I am very a very laid back/easy to please customer but that's a little wack

I was sent the wrong item. Then told I was either going to get a refund or the product I originally ordered(customer service didn't know which one) . I received a refund, but it did not include the sales tax. I should not have to pay for neweggs mistake. That is the first and last time I plan on shopping with you.

Rating + 1 Worst Experience Ever...

I placed the order on 07/17 and immediately sent Newegg and email telling them to cancel the order. Instead of cancelling it, I received the order. I returned it after contacting Sonic Electro... and LeKeisha Jordan didn't return my calls or emails. I returned the order on 07/27 and they received it on 07/30. It is 08/11 and I still haven't seen a refund and am not $18 out of pocket for return shipping because Sonic's system wasn't working. I will never use this seller again.

Ordered from these guys by accident and immediately talked to Newegg about cancellong my order. Newegg support sent these guys an email with all of my info and asked that they not process my order. Surprise surprise, a week later they charged me and shipped the product anyway.

When i called to set up a return the customer service was very unprofessional, even told me i was better off selling it on craigslist than trying to pay and ship it back to them. DO NOT order from Sonic Electronix

After purchasing a pair of headphones I noticed they were being supplied by Sonic and recent reviews were terrible I was a little nervous. But no problems they arrived quickly, well packaged, correct ones.

Rating + 1 Horrible customer service

I ordered a Fiio X1 from Sonix Electronix through the Newegg marketplace. It was advertised for a very low price; that's why I ordered it. Sonix instead sent me a cable, and when I complained, they first did not respond, and then wanted me to pay the return shipping. Finally, they agreed to pick up the return shipping cost but when I asked about the player, they said that the website (and invoice) was an error and that they would only sell it to me at their new listed price. It's been a month and a half since they the purchase, and they are only now getting around to refund my purchase price. And their reason for their inability to respond to my email inquiries was because they were "plagued by illness."

Rating + 1 Worst Seller ever

I ordered two DAP, a Fiio X-1, from different days, several days later i receive in a simple envelope and two audio cables, no protection, no anything, so i contact the seller, ask for the original product, and they send me a RA, so i fill everything, i pay for the return shipping, and wait, then i receive a message, via they webpage, not even in my mail, that I was going to receive a refund, only for what i previously paid, not the shipping cost return, so far I haven't received my money (paid via paypal, you know that refunds are immediately) or the products, or anything. Worse seller ever. Newegg is trying to help me.

Rating + 1 Buyer Beware!

Order was for a qty of 10 absolute automotive relays. after delay in shipping, I received a qty of 1. Contacted Sonic & NewEgg on March 7th. Sonic said they would have a different department get back to me. NewEgg said that an email was sent off to seller. FastForward 5 days to today (March 11), and I get an email from NewEgg asking if seller resolved dispute / problem. NO! There has been no other contact other than what I initiated 5 days ago.

The wrong product arrived. Strike 1. I used the newegg request an RMA form and got no response. Strike 2.

They sellers have not responded or otherwise communicated with me. I think I'm out of luck and stuck with the wrong product and out the cash $$$ - Strike 3

Rating + 1 Poor Customer Service n Scam

I ordered a pair of Sennheiser PC363D partly because of the reviews. I was a little apprehensive because I really didn't want to pay $300 for a pair of headsets. So I read refund policy on Sonixs page and they guaranteed this specific product to be 100% customer satisfaction or get your money back. I decided to go ahead and purchase the headset thinking that I could fall back on the 100% guarantee provided by Sonix. Well I was not happy with the headsets and I went to review the policy again but Sonix has since taken down the product page so there's no way for me to verify this guaranteed claim. I asked Sonix for a RMA about two weeks ago but sadly enough my request has gone unanswered. Beware of this seller. NewEgg needs to do a better job of screening merchants!

RMA instructions
