RMA Policy
- At Grid Connect your satisfaction is our highest priority. All of our products are shipped in new and functioning condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or return.
All Exchanges and Returns are subject to the following conditions:
1. Product must be in new condition
2. All product packaging and accessories must be intact including any power supplies, cables, adapters, CDs, antennas, and user manuals.
3. A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 30 days of purchase via rma@gridconnect.com
4. If you are requesting a refund for a non-defective product we will refund the cost of the product (not including shipping costs)
RMA instructions
- First ensure that you have requested an RMA from rma@gridconnect.com. RMA's without authorization will not be accepted. Once an RMA has been authorized, complete provided forms providing the information as thoroughly as possible to expedite your return. Print a copy (if form received via email) and include the completed form in the return package.
The return package must include with NO EXCEPTIONS:
• Completed RMA form in the inside of the package
• The RMA number clearly written on the outside of the shipping package and NOT on the product box.
