*NOTE: No open boxes will be accepted for returns.
Your order will be shipped within 1 business day of it being placed except in the unlikely event there is a stock issue. We normally ship your merchandise via USPS or UPS Ground unless you choose an expedited shipping method. Your order should take between 5 and 7 days to arrive.
If you're not happy with your purchase, just contact us at 1-800-495-6370 within 5 days from the time you received it to obtain an RMA number and instructions for return. Please keep in mind that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable.
If you return a product that is without the original packaging, it can not be credited back to your account. So please double-check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before you return it. Keep in mind that there may be a minimum 15% restocking fee for returned items. There is also a minimum 15% restocking fee if more than five of one item is ordered and returned.
We can't take certain items back unless they're returned in the original, unopened factory-sealed packaging. Wholesale purchases and volume discount orders are also not returnable.
In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please be sure to send your return via a traceable method to the address you are provided.
Please Note: Your return must be sent via a traceable method. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order.
We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different product you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. We do this because the item you want could be out of stock at the time we receive your return. To order a replacement item, give our Customer Service Department a call at 1-800-495-6370.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
