We are a distributor in South Florida that only deals in name brand over-the-counter drugstore products. With our purchasing power we are able to offer great prices on the products we stock. If we cannot get a product for the right price we will not stock it. This is why our inventory is constantly changing. From time to time, we will offer products with short dated expiration dates at extremely low prices. In these cases the products will be clearly marked with a expiration date in the products title.

We also offer large discounts to anyone who is interested in larger volume purchases. These orders are generally 24 or more pieces of a single item.

I have ordered from this seller several times with no problem. This time I never received my package and customer service through newegg and OTC has failed to help me resolve this issue and replace my package.

I would reconsider being represented by OTC Warehouse. I ordered 2 packages of English Leather deodorant; a total of 6 sticks. When received, they were shrunk to 1/2 their size; obviously they were stored in improper conditions. It took 7-8 emails before their management (which appears to be just two people) actually stated they would let me apply for a return/refund. It was such a miserable experience and if there was a way to send a photo with this response, I would. I will try to find an email address to send with a copy of my order, the emails, and a photo of the product we received. In my opinion, I have always respected Newegg, however having a company such as OTC Warehouse part of your web service is nothing short of detrimental to your reputation. Frankly, I wish there was a mark of "0"!

Seller wad contacted by newegg to contact usps before original order was returned and add apt which was some how removed when paying with Google wallet... seller did not respond in time causing me to have to reorder and do express shipping which I believed should have been free because of previous issue...

I emailed them yesterday after waiting close to 3 weeks and they haven't replied yet. They charged my credit card and show a tracking number for shipping which doesn't work.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
