Rating + 1 Misleading Product Description

Product description is misleading. They used HP's logo and provided HP's contact information as the manufacturer. They shipped me an over-priced off-brand refilled toner cartridge that doesn't even work very well.

Rating + 2 Not very happy.

Fuser fell apart in printer after 10 sheets (parts fell out when the fuser was removed after a terrible grinding noise). When trying to RMA seller sent the following response (the XXXXX's were added to block my information. Now I am on a 3-7 day wait for NewEgg to investigate.

I purchased an item described as brand new with warranty. What arrived was a well cleaned, maybe refurbished item. Do not have time to deal with dishonest people. Will eat this one. Hope this comment will help someone before purchase.

I placed an order for an item that you debited my account for and you didn't even have the item. I would suggest you make sure you have the inventory BEFORE you take my money.

Rating + 2 Be careful at Your Source Global

Item was represented as genuine OEM Brother toner cartridge. What arrived wasn't -- but rather a "reconditioned" cartridge. Seller agreed to provide a refund (hasn't hit the credit card yet, tho) and paid for return shipping. But why go through all that? The best way would simply have been to describe the merchandise accurately in the first place.

The vendor's item description shows it as an OEM (Brother) toner cartridge. Imagine our surprise when a "compatible" - not an OEM - toner cartridge arrived. Should you order one from this vendor? We don't know. If such substitutions are a standard business practice at "Your Source Global", prospective purchasers should BEWARE and be sure to get all the info before making purchases at this vendor.

Rating + 1 Defective - Horrible Warranty

I purchased an HP 4700 Fuser Kit for the vendor that is supposed to last for approximately 150,000 pages and it failed after 3,000. Seller only had a 30 day warranty. Next time I will purchase from a legitimate vendor so that I get a good product with a respectable warranty.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
