I would have given a 5 egg review but the instructions that come with this unit are not correct for logging in. The IP gateway is 192.168.1.254 just as a heads up. After it is configured, the unit works great. Hope this helps someone.

Took seller almost two weeks just to ship the item, even though I paid for upgraded shipping. Item was listed as in-stock, so that was not a good excuse. My email asking why the item hadn't been shipped yet went un-responded to. Wouldn't buy from them again.

I ordered two IP cameras and it was ship without delay.
The packaging of the product did not have bubble wrap or packing paper to protect the cameras from possible bumps that could have damaged the cameras. Perhaps this is packing standards (I don’t order enough online to know if this is an industry standard) The cameras were installed and they run well (undamaged).

Bought an advertized as new Bullet2 HP. What I got was a DOA unit that was an obvious return as it had dirt and crumbled leaves in the package and inside the end cover. It shorted out my POE when I tried to start it up. It is obvious that nobody checked it before reselling it. It should have been sold as open box but was not. I think this goes beyond cutting corners, hard times and sluggish economy. It is a matter of not caring or or being lazy or both. We will see if they give me trouble returning it and make me have my credit card company back charge them or do the stand up thing and give me a refund and pay for my return freight.

4 weeks ago i ordered a couple of low end switches. The package that came ended up being stolen. [which was verified by fedex by the end of that week]. Fedex once finished with the investigation informed me that i should contact the shipper for a replacement. I'm currently waiting for the replacement, or even an update on the situation. honestly at this point i have given up on the replacement and ended up going and finding a pair of switches that will at least give the basic functionality. although not an idle solution it beats waiting until i hear from this company. the last i heard "there were a lot of notes on the fedex shippment"

The item was in brand new good condition and worked without issues. However the shipping time was quite a bit longer then expected. Typically I'll receive Newegg orders in 3 to 5 business days. This order took 9 business days to arrive!
