Rating + 1 Return Not Honored

I returned a product that I had purchased because I had ordered the wrong thing. The product was shipped back to the vendor within a couple weeks of receipt completely unopened and in excellent condition. The vendor did not acknowledge that they received the product, nor have they issued a refund. They have not responded to the past couple of inquiries I have made. I'm very disappointed in the lack of support and am frustrated that I now appear to be out ~$40.

Rating + 5 Great Service, Low Costs

The costs and delivery charges were a big factor in ordering this item. It was delivered very quickly, as promised.
The only negative is really picking at a nit. A tracking number was provided through the USPS. However, the postal service does not offer tracking on first class mail. Just tell me the date it was put into the mail system... an honest date and I can plan on about 7 days for it to travel across the country.

Summary: Seller gets 3 stars for slow shipping, but product arrived as described.

Details: Order placed 11/29, email with tracking number arrives 12/1. According to the tracking number, the label was created the same day of the order, but it was not received by the post office until 12/9.

They sat on my order for over a week and padded the date by creating the label with USPS on the day of the order.

USPS is not to blame, they delivered it to me less than 24 hours from the time it was actually in their care.

The shipping on this item was atrocious. They said it was shipped on the Nov 12, but in reality, it wasn't received by the post office until Nov 15 & finally got to me on Nov 19.

Rating + 2 Lost in the mail as they said.

I ordered this item for the free shipping and the the speed of getting it to my place. Paid just a little more.The items were shipped and i waited. On the 9th day i sent a message . It has been 9 days i was garenteed 5-7 days and this was the reply,"Have you checked with the post office? The last information was that it out for delivery on August 25 with no status update after that. Please check and let us know. Please also check with your neighbors and family members to see if they received it by mistake. Thank you." Why would I have to go through all this trouble for an item that I already paid for.The next email after i told them I already checked was., Do we need to send another one? dumb question. I had to send more email asking when it will be here to look out for it and if i had not I would have not known it was to be delivered on the day i was home. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't buy from them unless you want to wait 2 weeks for shipping and if lost no rush on their part.
