Rating + 1 Avoid this seller!! Sound familiar?

Like many others - one star is too high. Ordered for Christmas, never arrived. Took my money, sent out a fake tracking number, no response to emails, disconnected phone number. Fortunately NewEgg stood behind the order and I got a full refund.

Rating + 1 No delivery, poor service

Placed an order more than a month ago and credit card was promptly charged. I was given a false shipping confirmation and non-working tracking number. Contacted merchant and Newegg multiple times. Merchant said there was a backlog and will ship again 3 weeks after order date. Yet again, no delivery, reply, refund to this date. Newegg has been dead silent and no help.

Rating + 1 Worst ever

Ordered two of these and it took over six weeks to receive them. One worked, the second one had only three leds that worked. I am amazed and disappointed that Newegg is associated with such a terrible company.

Stiffed and Miffed

Rating + 1 Take payment but don't ship product

I placed an order on 12/18/2013. They processed the payment on my credit card the same day. Almost 4 weeks later, I have not received anything from the seller. They apparently don't have a phone number, but I was given the address by NewEgg's customer service. Those emails have gone unanswered. In an e-commerce world with the top notch customer service of the big boys, how can a company operate like this? I will never purchase from them again, and I suspect they won't last long operating the way that they do.

After hitting several dead ends, I finally called up AMEX and disputed the charge. In less than 5 minutes on the phone, the problem is back in their court and I'll never hear from them again. I should have started by disputing the charge rather than trying to straighten this out with NewEgg and Crazilla.

    We will accept returns within 45 days of purchase. Contact customer service get a return shipping label. We will pay the cost of return delivery if your return is due to an error by us or a product defect. Otherwise, we will deduct the cost of the return delivery from the amount of your refund.

    You will be responsible for the costs of returning an item unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
