My Dyconn Dual monitor arm mount was missing some end caps. I ordered 2 of these and they both were missing out of the boxes. I messaged the reseller and they had parts for me in the mail the next day, received them with no problem. Sure it sucked missing a few parts but it was a fantastic experience dealing with them

Rating + 1 Luxor does not appear to be reachable

Have a defective item. Return shipping to Newegg is approximately 60% the cost of the item. Emailed Luxor Outlet, then tried calling them. No live response. Their phone message is a computer generated voice with no recorded message indicating you have even reached a business. Buyer beware.
