Rating + 5 Great customer service

Newegg entered the wrong tracking # on their website and I thought my product was going to the wrong state. I promptly called spoilersforless and he got it all straightened out. I was told it would be on back order 1 week. 1 week later I called them back and it had just been delivered to me. The gentleman I spoke with was great and called me back within minutes after we hung up to find out the status. I read the other reviews and found that my experience was way better. Don't know why but I recommend them!!!!!

Rating + 1 Never Received Item

I emailed the seller and called the seller to let them know my item was shipped to the wrong address. They couldn't find my order and said they would call me back but they never did. I am now fighting with Newegg to get my money back. Seller said that the order number Newegg gives us is not the order number they use. Someone in MD has my product that I paid for. Not cool. Will never by from Newegg again or this seller.

In the first place, I was mailed something I did not order. I told the company immediately that I received the wrong item. I was told I could buy the correct item for $40 more. I said, "NO". Then I was told the item would be picked up to be sent back and I would not have to pay. Instead, I was given the address and a FedEx number. When Fed Ex didn't come, I went to them and discovered I would now need to pay $20 to send it back! I made a complaint with NewEgg and was told to wait 7 days. It has been 7 days and I have heard nothing.

    Every qualifying item you purchase at must meet your standards - or you can return it within 30 days for a replacement or store credit of the full product cost, minus shipping.

    The following terms apply to all returns:
    Items must be in new or unused condition, including original tags and packaging - we cannot accept items that have been installed, used, worn or damaged.
    Return requests must be made within 21 days from date of delivery.
    No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RMA number.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
