Standard Return Policy
- Return for refund within: 30 days
- Return for replacement within: 30 days
- Restocking Fee: 15.00%
RMA Policy
- All accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Only unopened, uninstalled merchandise will be eligible for a refund less the restocking fee. Any item returned that has been installed or open will be for exchange only. All shipping costs associated with the return will be the responsiblity of the sender. All items will be inspected and tested prior to the issuance of a refund. If an item is found to be damged do to improper use or installation, no refund will be given. Woofer warranty does not cover burnt voice coils or punctures, only manufacturer defects. Woofers will also be thoroughly inspected prior to issuance of a refund. Any and all items found not to be covered under warranty or eligible for refund will be returned to original purchaser. All items accepted in must be accompanied by an RMA number. Items without an RMA will be refused.
