Rating + 1 Advertise low price, cancel week later

OneDealOutlet advertised a scanner for a pretty low price ($300+ less than others) authorized on credit card then didn't ship. Cancelled order a week or so later.

Have purchased other items from them before. Was ok but SLOW to ship.

We purchased an item from this vendor, and on the 6th business day we noticed that they have not even shipped out the order yet. A label was created but the package was never received by the shipping company. Truly unprofessional, and not a vendor we are going to purchase from ever again.

Rating + 5 Great Customer Service!!

I received a dead passport drive and needed it be replaced quickly my boss was leave for a business trip in two days. I submitted a ticket and it stated it would be a couple of days for a response, but they gave a number for quicker response time. Spoke to David who was great and understood the issue and the very next day by 10am I had the drive. It was great to experience such helpful customer service, I wish everyone was like this.

I Bought a refurbished monitor from them through newegg and when it arrived there were issues. The monitor flickered and would shut off every 10 minutes or so.

I Called OneDealOutlet from the info on there dealer page and talked to there support. He was very helpful and issued and RMA right away for the monitor.

There service is top notch and they stand behind what they sell.

I highly recommend this seller!

RMA Policy
    We try our best to provide customer quality products and services. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, please contact us within 30 days of order. We would like the opportunity to work with you to solve your issues and ensure your satisfaction. However, in the case of you still wish to return your item, here are a few things you should know:

    You must request the RA (Return Authroization) from us within 30 calendar days from the day of order.
    We do not offer return for certain products such as consumable products includs but not limited to : software, blank CD, DVD discs, battery, ink and cartridges or anything offered "as is" or "Non-returnable" in detail product information
    Defective items can be returned for exchange.
    Non-defective returns must be unopened, unused product in it's original condition.
    Please note all returns need to be returned to our Canadian office. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us and for the costs associated with that shipment.
    Returns from U.S.A. must indicate the returned product as a defective return and declare product value on the customs form ($5 value) otherwise the return might get stuck in the border custom office.
    Please pack the products properly and ship back return with tracking number. We are NOT responsible for any package lost or damaged during shipping.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
