This is my third order from CS Power and I've never had a problem. They were even thoughtful enough to inform me that the model had changed slightly from the one pictured and offered to cancel the order if I preferred. It's obvious that they value their customers and strive to satisfy.

Rating + 1 Right Product number, Wrong Product

I ordered this part for my nikon l820 since they don't come with an ac/dc adaptor. the part for sale is the right product number for what I need. but when i got the product it was for a different model number. the paperwork has the right product number, but the product itself was wrong. attempted to contact supplier with no response. now I'm $25 down and have a part that i can't return. severely disappointed.

Rating + 1 Terrible experience

The problem is there I bought an apple headphones for iPhone 3g product original as announced. I paid for an product Original, and I have received a copy of this headphone, a poor copy, a pirated product. I've contacted the seller and sent photos of the product, he offers to replace the product or refund, but to I refund the my money $14,98, I have to post back to him the package and now I'm in my home at Brazil, the cost to send a package to US is more than $50,00, impracticable.
Anyway, I'm not agree to solve my problem in this way .. I was misled, the responsible to send a Original Product as was announced should be met. While this problem is not solved, I'm sharing my bad experience to everyone that I can reach.
Seller Response:We sent original Apple headset. Customer try so many way to get another free headset. Lie after lie with all kind of excuses. The headset is only 3 oz, to mail it back is less than $3 and he said $50.
Please watch out for this customer.

these clowns created a tracking number a week ago, and still they haven't shipped me the item yet... Newegg has me waiting 1 hour on the phone to cancel it with a customer service representative... Buy things from other online stores...
Seller Response:We shipped the order on the same day. USPS told 9 days to delivery. I hope USPS can improve next time. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I have never received my batteries. They were order two weeks ago. The tracking number is useless. I will not order from CS Power Corp again.

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

    We will exchange or refund for defective items within the first 30 days.
    All products that we sell come with a one-year warranty and in such cases the product will be repaired at no charge. Customer only has to provide a $6.99 shipping charges (per item) for returning the product back to the customer.
    After 30 days we do not exchange (defective item exception) or give refunds for any item we sell.
    Non-defective items that are returned are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
    Any item that needs to be serviced or exchanged or refunded must be sent to us freight paid by customer.
    Prices cannot be adjusted once the order has been made.
    Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case as we cannot reclaim these fees from our shippers.
    Customers are responsible to pay for any duties, taxes, customs and other clearance fees for orders shipped outside the USA .
    We do not offer any type of insurance or warranty for damage caused to personal property or items used in conjunction with the products we sell.
    Damage/Loss for items must be reported to the delivery company and to us within 1 week of receiving the ordered item(s).

    Any return or refund of product that cause the order to be below the free shipping category, customer is responsible for the original shipping charge.
    15% restocking fee will be charged for a refund or an exchange if the arrangement was process over 30 days. Restocking fee will not be charged for defective or damaged merchandise, which is caused by unpredictable circumstance. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
