Rating + 5 Great Customer Service

I made a couple different purchases with the seller. The first arrived on time, but the second was delayed by a month due to the Postal Service. The seller worked with me the entire time and ended up issuing a full refund, because of the delay. After I eventually received the product, I notified the seller so they could charge my credit card. They said they would not charge my card because of the delay by the USPS. So far I’ve been pleased with the products and extremely satisfied with the customer service.

Have no idea if product was any good, it never arrived. The seller sets a new low, gave one egg since it took a month to get refund but at least the refund happened. Ordered November 29 for a gift for Dec 25. After waiting for it until Dec 16 sent seller message that it did not arrive. Seller suggested to wait another week. Dec 22 sent seller another message that it didn't arrive. I asked for refund. Received first reply suggesting wait another week. Filed claim then recived refund notice but instead recieved RMA number to return the item that never arrived. Had to call Newegg customer service to get it resolved. Worst experence so-far with on-line shopping.

Rating + 1 Don't order from Vendor unless items ship from the U.S

Ordered 12/12/16; Per order page: Ships from China. Most customers receive within 9-18 days. (9-18days are the lucky customers; Reading the reviews it looks like the majority get their order after a month and a complaint letter/review)

I received the head set and wanted to return it!!! All they keep doing is asking me questions, asking for pictures! I WANT TO RETURN THEM and they will not provide the information I need to do so!!

Do NOT purchase anything from this seller. I purchased an item and have NOT received it. Communication with the seller is nonexistent. Do not waste your money and time on this seller. If I could I would report them to newegg immediately to remove them I would.
