The tuner on my purchase is sub standard or defective. Contacted seller for with RMA inquiry. Only one response that they were looking into the issue and then nothing.

RMA Policy
- You have 30 days to return merchandise to AMPAC Electronics with the option of receiving a refund or an exchange. You will receive a refund for your purchase if it meets the return criteria.
Refunds & Exchanges:
• There are absolutely no refunds for car audio/video products that have been installed. (If the unit is defective, we can accept it for an exchange).
• Please verify the product you are purchasing is compatible with your vehicle and or system.
• Car audio cables, wires and amp kits are not returnable if opened.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Return shipping charge will be applied for refused packages
Return Criteria:
• Product must be in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
• ACCESSORIES and all PARTS must be 100% complete.
• No PHYSICAL DAMAGE to the actual unit and or packaging.
RMA instructions
- 1. Please write RM number on the outside of the shipping box, NOT on the product or manufacturer packaging.
2. Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty.
3. Boxes MUST be packed sufficiently, meeting the shipping carrier packing specifications.
4. Where applicable, a fee of up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing parts, documentation, and manufacturer’s box/packing.
5. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer with the RMA# displayed on the outside of the shipping box.
