Standard Return Policy
Refunds & Exchanges:
• There are absolutely no refunds for car audio/video products that have been installed. (If the unit is defective, we can accept it for an exchange).
• Please verify the product you are purchasing is compatible with your vehicle and or system.
• Car audio cables, wires and amp kits are not returnable if opened.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Return shipping charge will be applied for refused packages
• Product must be in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
• ACCESSORIES and all PARTS must be 100% complete.
• No PHYSICAL DAMAGE to the actual unit and or packaging.
2. Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty.
3. Boxes MUST be packed sufficiently, meeting the shipping carrier packing specifications.
4. Where applicable, a fee of up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing parts, documentation, and manufacturer’s box/packing.
5. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer with the RMA# displayed on the outside of the shipping box.
