The batteries I purchased are no better at holding a charge than the old ones I had .

I'm giving Just Cellular 5 eggs. The first phone arrived DOA, but Just Cellular not only sent another phone with no questions asked they also provided a return shipping label so there was no additional cost to me. Something other retailers very seldom do. The phone looks and works absolutely flawless. I would defy anyone to tell the difference between Just Cellular refurbished phones and a new phone. Came with new charger and new battery, the battery is even a Motorola battery. I bought Verizon's certified like new phones in the past and they looked and acted like a used phone. As far as the first phone coming DOA, I spent over 30 years in retail so I understand these things do happen, it's how a company responds to the problem that counts and Just Cellular could not have responded any better.
Thanks Just Cellular i will be buying my phones from your company from now on. As I pointed out in the title, "Newegg's Little Brother"
