Arrived Quickly, nice that it is powered by both ac adapter and USB Cord if needed. Saves money on batteries. But has batteries if needed. As described. Thank You

Rating + 2 Not a good way to do business

Item arrived poorly packed, crammed into a USPS flate-rate envelope, and broken. Replacement was sent to someone in another state. Second replacement arrived packed the same way, with some postage due because it was bursting out of the flat-rate envelope, but at least survived its shipping ordeal undamaged. I'm glad this transaction is finally over. Not likely that I will be a repeat customer.

Product arrived in an open box and was operational. The charging cord was missing and an email has been sent to the seller requesting one. Will up to 5 stars upon receipt of cord.
