Rating + 5 Beyond the call of duty!

I was sent 2 of these USB style voice recorders by accident when I only ordered 1. After informing the seller of the mistake, I was allowed to keep the extra one. Now I have a great gift item!
These are simple and really invaluable when you consider how they can capture your ideas or reminders whenever and wherever you need to not forget something important. Often I will think of something I want to remember to do the next day, only after getting all settled into bed at night. With this, I don't have to get up and find a pencil and paper just to secure a thought. This is a useful tool in today's world of information over-load.

ProTrend has the quickest and friendliest customer service I've seen in a long time. Not only did I receive my product ahead of schedule but I was helped within 3 hours of sending them an email regarding a technical question. Ordered product from new egg, they gave me a number to call Pro-Trend. Got a recording and waiting to hear back. Needs to update their product line to ship the correct product

As a new vendor, i had my concerns when i ordered my new LED lamps, but after i received many informative e-mails and got my lamps super fast, it was clear that there was nothing to be concerned about. A great product and great vendor that i look to do business with in the future. Thank you.

RMA Policy
    1) Obtain an RMA # within 30 days from the invoice date by contacting us via email: ProTrend.Newegg@Gmail.com or via phone: 1-408-980-9655, 8:00am-5:00pm, pacific time, Monday through Friday.
    2) Please provide the following information when requesting RMA #: Original order number, name of product, quantity being returned, reason for return, your name, and daytime telephone number;
    3) Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact (generic products excluded), and that all the components, manuals, cables, and accessories are included.
    4) Please include RMA# on your package and send to:

    5) Return the merchandise within 15 days of the RMA# is issued. Write the RMA # clearly on the outside of the package. PACKAGES WITHOUT A Return Authorization # WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO THE SENDER.

    After receiving your RMA request, our customer representatives will decide whether a product needs to be shipped back or not. Therefore, credit could be issued before OR after our RMA team receives, inspects, and processes your return, really depending on different types of products. (ProTrend in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.)

    You should be able to receive your refund within three weeks (maximum) after you shipping the package back; in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly than that. However, please note that it’s really up to your credit card company to determine which statement the issued credit will be reflected in.

    Unless defective or damaged during shipping, a 10% restocking fee will be charged by ProTrend for most products returned.
