2x1 or 1x2 switch, used for my computer monitor. Works flawlessly, I recommend this seller. VERY fast shipment, quality product at the best price I found anywhere. Can't really ask for more than that...

Rating + 1 I do not recommend this!!

I have nothing to say about it other than it is bad. I had to return the cable as soon as I got it. I tried to plug it in the hdmi port on my TV and the end of the cable broke off. I didn't even get to use it! So now I'm waiting on my rma and I'll see if it I just got a defective one or if they are all bad.

Rating + 1 Doesn't Deliver

I ordered two chargers from CE Compass through newegg. The items were never shipped according to the USPS, but my money was taken.

I waited 18 days, then contacted newegg customer service. I discussed this with a polite helpful person on chat who sent an email to CE Compass (and CCed me). CE Compass has not responded after 3 business days. Then I got an email asking me to rate the seller. Well I'm rating them.

I've had good experiances with newegg, but I think they ought to be more careful what partners choose to associate with their good name.

Rating + 1 so far very poor...

Items never came. Contacted support about this 3 times so far and all I have recived is a tracking number that I already had. Tracking says items arrived at destination. I have been with NewEgg over 15 years and never not recived a package till now. If resolved I will update. I feel this was a mistake on the delivery company, however I do not feel it is up to me to resolve this transit issue as I never recived the items in question. Should no resolution be made, the point is made dedication with NewEgg is not going to be rewarded and I should seek better shopping sites that value returning long term customers.

Disclaimer: Please note this is not Criticism of's service or the service of their operations partners. (FedEx, UPS, Paypal, etc.) but rather a simple black and white statement of my situation.
