Rating + 2 Privacy Screen purchase

Hi there,
Although I'm satisfied with the promptness of Newegg to process my order, I'm dissapointed about the quality of the product purchase. The LCD Screen Filter For 22 Inch Widescreen, sold by CE Compass. The screen protector is very blurry, and the method to mounted on the monitor is ineffective. I had to use tape to hold it in place.

Rating + 1 Sent Wrong Product

I ordered a set of resistance bands from CE Compass through the Newegg Marketplace site. They sent the wrong item. Newegg has absolutely no help, and referred me directly to CE Compass. I have requested that CE Compass send me the correct item as soon as possible. It sounds like I will have a lot of work to do for someone else's mistake. I'm still not sure it's a CE Compass or Newegg mistake. Newegg has washed their hands of the whole transaction, so they seem to be pointing to CE Compass. A poor customer experience all the way around.

Rating + 4 Fast and Low cost, minor issue with controller

Bought a Gamecube controller. It says it's new, but the Control Stick always sticks to the left side so I can't be sure it's not used. That sticky issue is an easy fix, and I only need the controller to operate the BootMii menu on a soft-modded Wii, so it's no big deal to me. Overall, the price was a great and the shipping was fast, so I'm happy.

Ordered a blue cover for Microsoft Tablet and never received or. I inquired and they only stated that it had arrived as if it was off their hands and they could no longer help me. It was less then $10, so i wasnt about to throw a fit, but wont be ordering from them again.

Paid for expedited shipping. Seller took 2 days to provide the package to the carrier after the shipping label was printed. Then they used the cheapest, least reliable shipping method available, resulting in a lost package (marked delivered to the business). E-mailed in to report the lost package and got an automated response indicating that "response time is currently 5 to 7 business days." Does it get any worse? Now I have to deal with the post office. That's the sellers job! To the seller, customers who pay for expedited shipping want expedient shipping. Using an expedited shipping method is only better if you act expediently in providing the package to the carrier. Also, please don't use the cheapest carrier available. If your customer paid more, they don't want you to then cut corners. Please try a more reliable carrier like UPS or FedEx to serve your customers and avoid bad reviews.

Rating + 1 Terrible product, ruined my wall

Screw stripped instantly, nothing had measurements on it, the anchors broke when trying to put them into the pre drilled holes that i didn't have measurements for. The instructions were vague and at one point just said "Use the right spacer and screw to fix the display on the mount" as in: figure it out for yourself.

I know have this thing loosely mounted to my wall and I am afraid to put my monitor on it because it will probably fall off, and I can't remove it because the screws are completely stripped.

I will actively seek to avoid this seller and this product.

I can't blame the vendor for China making products that don't work. Once I notified the vendor of the problem, the appropriate actions were taken in a timely manner and without incident.

Rating + 1 Ship Late, Poor Customer Service

They botched the shipping of cables I ordered. They ended up stuck at their local postal facility for a week. Their phone system is terrible, or they intentionally drop calls and you have to start again. I'm still trying to get an RMA for cables that were delivered too late to be of any use.
