I need to return my purchase as it is the incorrect size. The process for return has been very slow. I have received correspondence from the seller and they seem willing to exchange for correct size, but the process has been very slow.

This was my first time ordering from newegg.com and I had high expectations regarding this product from CE Compass. I never received the item to this day. Along with this item, I ordered another item and received it within 3 days after I made the purchase. The reason why I am giving CE Compass a "poor" rating is because I never received the item that I purchased.

I ordered the batteries for the phones I own. I received a package shortly thereafter. The batteries were marked SAM-i667 but were not the right batteries. I called Newegg, they referred me to CE Compass directly. I called and got an RMA only after I took pictures of the batteries and package and then sent the pictures via email to CE Compass. When I received my RMA I printed it and sent the item back, I received notice the items were received and that a refund was issued all within 2 business days however I was not refunded $4 for the return shipping label. CE Compass was at fault the SKU did not match MY accurately described item, furthermore, CE Compass did not have the batteries I requested, and yet I was shorted $4, and delayed an additional week getting my phones operational. So far, I have not been able to recover my loss. Not a very good experience, I bought my batteries at an even better price it was Amazonly easier, and the correct OEM

I'd bother to get a refund if the thing didn't cost like $9.

What I received in connection with my order was a totally different item... I got a networking hardware tool (pliers) instead of the USB 3.0 Hub purchased...

I called immediately CE COMPASS. They were really gentle and told me to wait for the device and once received, I could proceed on sending the pliers back... After a couple of days I received in good order the hub and I spent close to 5 more bucks sending to CE COMPASS with proof of delivery the pliers received erroneously... I sent to Newegg a message on this regarding on 12/31/12 but never got a reply... Anyway, I got the proof of delivery...

I received the wrong item and have tried to contact 3 times with no luck. Voicemail box is full when I try to call the phone #. This is not the level of service I would expect from anybody, especially Newegg. If I could rate 0 eggs, I would. I have used Newegg a fair amount over the last few years, and I know that this is not them per se, but this does reflect very badly on Newegg itself. This is ridiculous that it has been almost 24 hours from the first attempt at contact, and no response at all by email and nobody answering the phone. I understand that order accuracy is never going to be perfect, but the resolution should be quick. I should have new stuff on the way already, and I cannot even contact them about it.
