Standard Return Policy
Return Of Defective Items
Defective merchandise can be returned within 30 days upon purchase date. All returns require an RMA form. Please include a detailed description of the defect and how you would want us to handle this. Once item is received, it will be bench tested by a factory-trained technician together with the detailed description you provided to confirm this is defective. Replacement will be sent or refund issued according to your request.
Merchandise found to be non-defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additional fees may be assessed for missing factory supplied hardware & packaging, where there is excessive wear & tear or damaged packaging.
Return Of New Unwanted Items
You can return any* new, unopened factory-sealed merchandise within 14 days of your purchase date. You will be issued a full credit less actual shipping charges. You must ship this item back to us on your own expense. Buyer responsible for return shipping.

- Items having their UPC Labels or Bar Codes cut or removed
- Physical damaged items after being signed for in good condition
Packaging Your Return
Returned merchandise must include all factory packaging and supplied accessories in its original carton with all UPC & Bar Codes intact. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories. All merchandise returned MUST be double boxed with NO writing on the manufacturer's box. Your RMA form must be completed and packaged inside the box.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for shipping any return product to the Blue Kangaroos warehouse. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 14 days after we provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Any items that were part of any free or reduced shipping promotion will be assessed actual shipping costs. Please Note: Customers will receive less than a full credit on any merchandise returned to Blue Kangaroos as refused or undeliverable (excluding freight carrier damaged goods). Due to the actual shipping costs incurred by Blue Kangaroos, you will not be refunded to & from actual shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee.
Returns meeting the conditions outlined above will be processed within 7-9 business days following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods.
Bluekangaroos.com’s total liability for any loss, damage, or injury shall not exceed the net purchase price paid for the product(s). In no event shall Bluekangaroos.com be liable for any indirect, special or consequential losses or damages. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
