I ordered a bunch of batteries. A platter of them. They arrived in just a couple days. One of the fastest shipping sellers I've ever bought from. Batteries work great. Will recommend this seller and will probably order again from them in the future.

Ordered 2 4d batteries (around 100lbs) tracked item for 7 day's. Item shows up its a piece of paper no batteries, called company said we don't know where your batteries are. Called newegg to find out they where not shipped out because they are to heavy to go usps. Now I'm waiting for my refund.

I ordered Panasonics, instead received no-name batteries from a company that was NOT Tech Express, but was "Battery Jack". They included their phone number, I called, they issued a return label immediately. Maybe this happens all the time, I don't know, but they didn't offer to replace the items. So, what gives?

Rating + 3 Neat product, terrible instructions

Nifty product but the instructions are terrible. Functions depend on sequences of flashing colored lights - which you cannot see when the headset is on yr head. A tech from the seller was finally able to describe proper operating method, and the sound is quite good, but it took far too long to figure out what is a simple system. Oh, the markings under the buttons ARE there, which helps, BUT these marks are so faint as to be almost invisible AND the marks are not the same as shown on the instruction card. Sound quality is excellent and seller was helpful, and op is simple once understood - but not intuitive.

Free 2-day USPS shipping on a 5-pound battery, but the part arrived damaged. The seller made no fuss about sending a replacement, also 2-day shipping, and did not require return of the damaged unit. The replacement arrived in good condition and is now in service.

    To exchange an item by mail, fill out "Items to Be Exchanged" on the back of our invoice, indicating the item you are returning and the new item(s) you want sent. Please be as specific as possible when describing the new item. For example, give the item name, color, size, and so on. Then enclose the invoice with your return.

    The item returned will be credited to the original payment method and the new item(s) will be charged to the same payment method. Shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable. Shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent.

    A gift you received is not exchangeable by mail. If you return a gift by mail, the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method when we receive

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
