Still waiting for delivery. It's been two weeks. The FedEx tracking number they sent me was something like "WillSendRealTrackingNumberLater"

Battery sold was of slightly different size than the part number it said it replaced and therefore caused a fit problem. Also, shipping acknowledgement indicated FedEx shipment but item arrived by USPS. Delivery was slow, taking 12 days from time of order to arrive. Price, on the other hand was pretty good.

Product description and picture shows an actual APC RBC2 Battery. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA1HS0CZ6577 Seller ships a different brand, we'll see how long it lasts.

You should have received an email with tracking information. Orders shipped through our Priority and Express shipping options can be tracked on our shipping carriers' Web sites. If you wish to track an order, go to .

We're sorry, but orders shipped by the Standard option cannot be tracked door to door. If you still have questions about an order that has not arrived, please contact us and one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Associates will be happy to help you.
An Item Is Damaged or Defective

To exchange an item by mail, fill out "Items to Be Exchanged" on the back of our invoice, indicating the item you are returning and the new item(s) you want sent. Please be as specific as possible when describing the new item. For example, give the item name, color, size, and so on. Then enclose the invoice with your return.
The item returned will be credited to the original payment method and the new item(s) will be charged to the same payment method. Shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable. Shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent.
A gift you received is not exchangeable by mail. If you return a gift by mail, the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method when we receive
