Ordered Nikon Coolpix S3500, which comes in multiple colors. Shipped pretty quick, but when I opened it up, it was the wrong color.

Lens was delivered in record time. I didn't expect it to show up in two days! Well packaged. The lens had a back focusing problem, but this was not the fault of 17th Street photo.

I ordered a Fujifilm S4500 from Newegg, which was to come from 17th Street Photo Supply. The next day I got an email saying they were out of stock on that model and would upgrade me to the SL300 at no extra cost if I approved. I checked it out and approved it. A few days later I received the SL300, but after opening the box and removing everything onto my desk top, I realized that the battery charger and plug adapter were missing.
The next day, I called and explained the problem. The person I spoke with was very helpful and told me he would ship the missing pieces to me. I explained that I bought the camera for vacation and we were leaving in a few days. He asked what day we left and after I told him, he promised to have it to me three days prior. Today I received the parts as promised and am very happy with the service I was given. Thanks to 17th Street Photo for a job well done. The camera is awesome and hopefully I will get some great pictures on vacation.

Very very slow to ship. I guess I'm used to NewEgg! I ordered three items. Two from newegg, one from this seller. The two from NewEgg have already ARRIVED but the one from this seller hasn't even SHIPPED! (And it's 5-7 day shipping when it does! Only option they offered!). Oh well, too bad NewEgg themselves didn't carry this product.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong lens for my camera. I didn't know that this new style of Canon lens wouldn't work on a digital Rebel. There was nothing in the description that said it would only work on certain models.
The day it arrived, I tried to use it, and it didn't fit. I put back in the box. I went to newegg.com to request a refund and spelled out my case. I even said that I would pay a restocking fee and return shipping. I've heard nothing since. No response at all. If you don't offer refunds, then state that you don't. Or write back to tell me. Communicate something back. I also feel it would be helpful if more info was available in the item description, so that it is more difficult to make a mistake.

It wasn't the worst experience I've ever had and I'm sure they were busy with it being Christmas and all. But my product didn't ship for a couple days after the order and because of this it arrived a day or two after I'd left home for the holidays which is a little disappointing considering that I'd ordered this item under guise of giving it as a present. But oh well, the woes of Christmas time. Docked an egg because I couldn't take only half of one.
