Not only was I not notified that my items were out of stock, I could not get my inquiries answered via email. It took at least 15 attempts to contact this vendor by phone to find out where my chairs were as I had received a tracking number. When I finally did reach someone I was told "Oh those are out of stock, we can send you red ones. Someone was suppose to contact you two weeks ago." Up yours! When an item is out of stock notify the customer!!!! These guys really put me in a bad situation due to poor everything.

Rating + 1 Cute product, poor service

The first doggy playpen I ordered was cancelled delivery (after it had supposedly shipped). I reordered a different color and got it pretty quickly. Looked great, setup was easy. However, the first day my 4mo puppy was able to escape because one of the zipper teeth had broken. When trying to contact Best4Less I did so several times last week and still have not heard from them. I will be contacting NewEgg CS today after work.

It's been four weeks and I did not receive the item that I was billed for and the tracking information has not been updated in that time. The seller is unreachable using the contact information provided here. I don't recommend purchasing anything from them and sincerely hope that Newegg aspires not to retain marketplace sellers that pull this kind of thing.

Rating + 1 Executive Office Executive Chair

The Chair looks good. However, the chair was damaged doing shipping. The box was torn and battered. The UPS driver and I tried to determine if there was any damage to chair. It appeared that the chair was not damaged. I accepted the delivery. When I opened the box and removed the chair, it appeared that the chair had been removed from the box and re-inserted. I found some damage. I called Newegg and was told that since this was a third party vendor, I needed to contact the vendor, Best4Less. I was given a phone number to call. I called and had to leave a message. I received a call 6 or 7 days later. I was asked to email pictures of the damage. I was provided and email address. I emailed the photos. I did not here any thing. After a week, I called again. I was told that no email was received. Sent another email. Never heard any thing from Best4Less. Next thing to happen 30 days had past. I will not buy anything from Best4Less again. Worst Customer Service EVER.

Rating + 1 Horrible, buyer beware!!!

Charged money, listed item as shipped, gave a tracking number that indicated that "shipping label was generated". I waited for 2 weeks, item had not been delivered, and they did not respond to ANY attempts to communicate with them, even when I have threatened to open a dispute with MasterCard. I've gotten a refund after I contacted Newegg customer service, whose representative was very polite and courteous. Next day I got the refund, and reason given by "best4less" was "out of inventory". SCUSE ME?? I had to lose 2 weeks for that? BUYER BEWARE!!

    Buyer pays return shipping, and return need to be in new condition, buyer has 30 days to return the item
