Rating + 1 Would never purchase from them again

Received half the table, missing parts and screws. After 2 & 1/2 weeks, they still had not shipped the replacement parts. I have yet to receive the Return Label promised to get my refund. Extremely irritated with the customer support they offer.

Rating + 1 horrible NEVER AGAIN

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
I ordered stuff last week 7/14 received tracking number and it stated i should receive package that 7/16 End of day....Nothing.... cannot get in contact with them. I call Fedex and was told Package is still with seller... i sent message to vendor saying I do not want Items anymore and they say they cannot give a refund, its already sent out which is Bogus...6 Days later no chair....New Egg states they have spoken to them, The company ad On New Egg says they are dedicated to their customers!! But how if their Customer service is NON-EXISTENT???! Just for this reason only!!! I will never use New Egg again I will use them just for price checks because every company pretty much price matches!!! New Egg needs to review their partnership with this 3rd party market seller who has tons of bad reviews!!!!

I called these people and their mailbox was full so could not leave a message. I requested a return on an item since i accidentally ordered 2 no response, I get tracking info saying i should receive items on Saturday by end of day...Today is Monday no Items received!!! I chat with NewEgg Rep and she tells me get in contact with them to cancel order SMMFH! Now i feel like I've been Robbed

Rating + 1 Nonexistent Customer Service

Buyer beware of this seller. I ordered a $100 computer chair from them on June 30th. By July 4th, it still hadn't shipped and I wanted to cancel my order, so I sent an email to the seller. No response. Two days later, the chair shipped. I was resigned to keep the chair, but it was packaged horribly to the point where it was damaged on arrival. I cannot afford to ship it back for a refund, nor would it be worth it for such a large item. The [already ruined] box is almost 5 feet long. It would all have been fine if the seller would check their messages from buyers and cancelled this order like I asked. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with this seller.

I ordered an item that they show is in stock, 4 days later they email me asking me to buy a different color as the one I wanted is now on backorder. They did not indicate how long it might take for the item I actually wanted to become available again and at this point it has been over a month since I ordered the item from this seller. They have not responded any of my subsequent emails and now I have to fight with newegg to get a refund. After reading other reviews this company seems like a joke and I am actually surprised newegg allows them to do business on their site. I would recommend staying away from this seller all together.

Rating + 2 Slow to distribute items, bad communication.

First time I used Best4Less and the last time too. Thankfully, Newegg got in touch with them per my request, as it seemed my order was in limbo. Newegg sent me a copy of the email that they sent Best4Less, and in it, it clearly states they they are to directly communicate with me the status of the order. They did not. The item was finally shipped, but came in a heavily damaged/torn open box. Luckily the red chair I ordered was not damaged. I will not do business with them again. I have been a Newegg customer since 2005 and really never had any issues with anything I have ever purchased before.

Rating + 1 Seller ignored communication

Seller ignored all attempts by myself and by New Egg to cancel order. Order was shipped anyway... even though it had not been shipped when New Egg rep. contacted the seller.

Seller needs to monitor email ... or at a least monitor voice mail in case a customer has issues and needs to communicate. Choosing to ignore the buyer..( because they could) and to ship anyway ( as they did) ...after I canceled the order... is absurd.and caused additional hardship for ALL concerned. I would never purchase from the seller again. Have already purchased elsewhere to avoid this nutty seller.

needed a stand and this thing is perfect. taking one egg off b/c my unit didn't come w/ instructions. i didn't need them, but it should have had instructions. other than that, it was a great purchase.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
