Rating + 2 Ordering process difficult, shipped late

The products I ordered arrived and so far there are no problems with them. However, I needed them quickly and paid extra for overnight shipping. First it took a few days before anything was shipped, and then it was shipped via the slowest method available. I finally received the order 11 days after the order was placed. After multiple phone calls and emails to NewEgg the extra money I paid for the overnight shipping was refunded.

Rating + 1 Shipped product was defective, unhelpful with return

Purchased a bluetooth headset that ended up being defective which I understand happens. Seller was completely unhelpful though and would not accept the return. Based on this experience I will not buy from this marketplace seller again and will make sure to only buy straight from Newegg.

Ripped Off

Rating + 1 Where's my refund?

RMA was issued, and FedEx tracking shows item was delivered, however Observeye never issued the refund. Item was sent back with all packing, accessories, materials in perfect shape. I chatted with Newegg support, they tried to contact Observeye about the refund, and he never replied. That was over 4 months ago and I'm still waiting on the refund I am owed.

Rating + 5 Excellent Product..Cool Features

This is my second camera the first one I didn't purchase from observeye but at least this one works very well with my system. This one is able to flip the lens or picture if the image is upside-down which is a plus if you have to mount it in a weird way. Another great feature is the web interface that works very well I.E.9 or better and it even supports Firefox which is also a major plus. Seller shipped the item very fast even though it didn't ship from Newegg's eastern warehouse.

Seller did try once to resolve non-receipt issue but dropped the ball. Package shipping a problem, and seller follow-through was inexplicably nonexistent.

Return Instruction

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
