I ordered a Yamaha keyboard from this seller, which was also to include an accessory kit. When the keyboard arrived, the accessory kit did not. I wrote their Customer Service and received a reply within 24 hours. They apologized for the mistake and sent out an accessory kit in three days. Good prices, good shipping charges, and good customer service. Thank you.

Rating + 1 Fast shipment. Did not receive complete order as promised.

I ordered the Yamaha Keyboard. It was supposed to have included the survival kit (foot switch, power adapter, extra warranty). Was not included. Not only that. They basically sent an exposed box (what you would find in a retail store). There was no care taken in sending it responsibly. During this time of year (Christmas) delivery companies aren't exactly gentle with products. And for 154.00 I would hope the seller would have sent it better protected.

Rating + 1 Cuisinart griddler

Do not buy from the (aSavings)newegg! Sold as new BUT when received the Cuisinart Griddler it was refurbished!. Tried to contact newegg (aSavings) and they would not help. I DO NOT purchase refurbished products. Therefore, I WOULD NOT have purchased this item if it had stated REFURBISHED! Description very misleading!

after I purchased a phone and paid 30. for UPS second day shipping, the seller stopped shipment the day before delivery and had item returned. No notice. After several attempts to contact seller, I had to open a case with Paypal to get My money back,

Comments from seller specifically indicated this was new and and not refurb. When it arrived it was marked Refurbished. Unfortunatly I didn't have time to return it. Additional research on newegg indicated many buyers had problems with this seller and a web search showed the same for the seller and all of the other companies they do bushiness as. I believe newegg should take some responsibilty for screening Marketplace sellers and because of this I will be very reluctant to use the newegg marketplace

I have really bad experience with this seller. they sent wrong item and ask me shipping charges and show lot of attitude after sending a wrong item himself.

When the product arrived, the manufacturer's box was obviously used as it was tattered and had labels that had been only partly removed. When I took the exogear case out is the old box it was extremely greasy, as though it had been handled alot. Because the item was well-priced, I cleaned it up and gave it a whirl. The case has a kmart feel and the power button is hard to push. I just put the thing in the box and bought a mophie at Best Buy.

RMA Policy
    Returns are permitted If you are not satisfied with your purchase and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days from delivery date.

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it (see exceptions in Paragraph g) below) within 14 days of receipt, for a refund, or a replacement - subject to the following:

    a) Contact aSavings to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, to ensure proper handling of the return and/or replacement. Products cannot be returned without an RMA number.

    b) In order to be eligible for a full refund, less shipping expenses, your returned merchandise must be in its original unopened mint condition, as shipped, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact and unaltered. Items removed from their 'blister-pack' display packaging are non refundable.

    c) Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with "Free Shipping," this means we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund. If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.

    d) The issuance of an RMA# does not guarantee final disposition, as all returns are subject to our inspection. If the product you are returning is not in brand new, mint condition, as per Paragraph b) it is non refundable and can be picked up of subject to at least 15% restocking fee. If your return is missing accessory components, or shows signs of wear and tear - restocking fees will be higher. So please limit your Returns to unopened items in their original condition with all documentation, packing material, and accessories intact.     e) Returns should be packed in an outer shipping carton, to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product. The RMA# should be clearly inscribed on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid. We cannot accept any COD shipments.

    g) There are product categories which are not returnable, due to hygienic, sanitary, or other reasons, as required by the respective Manufacturers. Please review the categories below to make sure that your purchase qualifies to be returned.

    Purchases from these categories are final. In case any of these items is defective, Customer must return them to the respective authorized service centers, for repair or replacement at the option of the Manufacturer. These items cannot be returned to the Merchant.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
