Rating + 1 Will not refund my purchase!

Buyer beware! I purchased Ray ban sunglasses that were too small. I returned the next day and show they received the item. It has been 3 weeks and no refund! Newegg has been fantastic with trying to help but since this is a marketplace seller all they keep saying is we are working with the seller to try and resolve please wait under 3-5 business days. Ridiculous!

Rating + 1 Terrible! Do Not Order From This Seller!

I would rate them ZERO if I could. Bait and switch! I ordered a new Bushnell Neo XS GPS watch and received a factory refurbished, disgustingly dirty watch. Do not order from this company. I'm still working on getting it returned and my money back.

Rating + 1 Terrible Management

I recently bought a wireless speaker from this company. It arrived incomplete and unusable. It was missing a charging base that it clearly says on the iHome website and product manual (included) should be in the box. The customer service person said it doesn't come with one (which it can't possibly work without). After repeated attempts to describe why that can't be the case and how it works for 10 minutes, I asked to speak with a manager. The manager tries to give me the runaround as well. He said "his guy in the warehouse who knows these things" says it doesn't come with one. Yes, I'll take the word of your warehouse guy over the product manufacturer. It was also the wrong color. Currently waiting for an email with return instructions.

Paid for shipment home delivery. Seems company wanted to save themselves some money and used the cheaper shipping method using postal service. Now my shipment is in limbo. Tried to contact seller with at least 6 emails and one call. Auto reply to my emails and nobody answered the call... got a recording telling me to call during business hours, even though it was business hours. I will avoid this company at all costs and probably Newegg because of it. Been a Newegg customer for a long time, but that may change.

Ordered a Blendtec in the "New" section not refurbished... They send me the blend tech and it has stickers all over it saying manfacturer restored... aka refurbished not what i paid for

Rating + 1 Crooks - and Newegg was in their corner

This would be a zero raitng if I could. Dishonest bait & switchers. Didn't honor price on Newegg, then voided the order with Newegg's "blessing".. Horrible rating for ASavings which I didn't know until AFTER I'd placed the orde4 of 430 (25%) of respondents rated them a 1 out of 5. Atypical NY thieves to most of us online customers who've dealt with them. I have met with my attorney and we will take them to court for misrepresentation - with lots of material on our side to make it stick. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE EAST COAST RIPOFF ARTISTS - who promise, but don't deliver. I've been buying online heavily for 15 years and have never had a worse experience - with ASavings AND Newegg, as they latter was of ZERO help in resolution: I talked to 3 supervisors and 2 CS reps at Newegg. All ineffective and could basically care less. VERY POOR experience.

Ordered a lens filter, came with heavily scratched case and smudges on the filter. The broken one I was replacing's case was in better shape than the new one and has been in my camera bag for over 3 years. Won't be ordering from them again.

Items covered by this policy (those products for which aSavings Inc. states "This item may be returned/or a replacement or refund within 30 days only" must be returned to aSavings Inc. within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. "Return" constitutes receipt of the product by aSavings Inc., and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

    A, unopened (constitutes that manufacturer’s packaging has not been opened) desktop PC, notebook, Ultrabook, or tablet PC can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund. No restocking fee will be charged. However, customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a aSavings error.

    • Any Desktop PC, Notebook, Ultrabook or Tablet PC that has physical damage due to abuse or improper use;

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
