Rating + 5 Pleasantly Surprised!

I was leery about buying from someone with so few reviews, but my limited experience with them was as good as any other. They shipped my headphones quick and got them 3 days later so that was great. The shipping box was well taped and had plenty of cushion around the items box. I was impressed. A+

Never had to deal with customer support so I can't speak for any of that.

Rating + 5 An extremely satisfied aSavings customer

I purchased two refurbished RCA ANT1050F Digital Flat Passive Ultra-Slim-Profile Antenna with Enhanced Reception-Black. I received them within 3 days, put them together and they worked great. aSavings seemed to have gotten a bad reputation from other buyers but I had no problem and would purchase from them again.

Rating + 3 Kinda disappointed

I didn't know they still made/sold the original Hero 3 camera. I thought I was getting the Hero 3+, probably because of how many plusses were in the title. Lesson: FULLY read the title before purchasing anything. Great camera though. Wish I had more FPS options but it'll do the job.

I had ordered an item called "Lenmar Meridian" and received "Unu DX" instead. It looks the same as what I wanted. But will never order from that other store again, unless it's DIRECTLY from NewEgg.

Rating + 1 Besides the phone, everything seemed fake

When I got the package, the top of the box was opened, the phone case was opened and it was old (got scratches all over), the tool for the SIM card was missing, besides the new phone (which I'm not confident is new at all) all I got was an old charger. Just trying to get the phone gave me so many issues.

Rating + 1 Garbage Seller

I wish newegg would drop them. I ordered something and returned it within 2 days of receiving it. 5 months later and no refund. It was less than $40 so I put it off and never followed up because I thought they credited my account. Now I have some time and looked into it and NO REFUND!!!

RMA Policy
    Returns are permitted If you are not satisfied with your purchase and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days from delivery date.

    For Domestic Purchases:

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it (see exceptions in Paragraph g) below) within 14 days of receipt, for a refund, or a replacement - subject to the following:

    a) Contact aSavings to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, to ensure proper handling of the return and/or replacement. Products cannot be returned without an RMA number.

    b) In order to be eligible for a full refund, less shipping expenses, your returned merchandise must be in its original unopened mint condition, as shipped, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact and unaltered. Items removed from their 'blister-pack' display packaging are non refundable.

    c) Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with "Free Shipping," this means we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund. If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.

    d) The issuance of an RMA# does not guarantee final disposition, as all returns are subject to our inspection. If the product you are returning is not in brand new, mint condition, as per Paragraph b) it is non refundable and can be picked up of subject to at least 15% restocking fee. If your return is missing accessory components, or shows signs of wear and tear - restocking fees will be higher. So please limit your Returns to unopened items in their original condition with all documentation, packing material, and accessories intact. For specific restocking fees that may be applicable to your Return, please contact us at 1(866)-436-8222

    e) Returns should be packed in an outer shipping carton, to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product. The RMA# should be clearly inscribed on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid. We cannot accept any COD shipments.

    g) There are product categories which are not returnable, due to hygienic, sanitary, or other reasons, as required by the respective Manufacturers. Please review the categories below to make sure that your purchase qualifies to be returned.

    Purchases from these categories are final. In case any of these items is defective, Customer must return them to the respective authorized service centers, for repair or replacement at the option of the Manufacturer. These items cannot be returned to the Merchant.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
