Rating + 5 Went Better Than Expected

Did not notice my NewEgg order was actually through a NewEgg Reseller until after I clicked through payment. Then saw poor reviews for stock availability, slow shipping, phantom tracking numbers etc. Big concern as needed item for Christmas. Emailed seller trying to cancel (ordered on weekend, no response), Monday item was shipped apparently prior to email response, but email response said FedEx and would arrive day before Christmas. Well item arrived today Dec 24, as described, zero hassle, so this purchase went fine.

Do not buy from this seller. They will take your money and create a shipping label then never ship your item. I am dismayed that Newegg would allow sellers like this to operate on their website.

I haven't had any issues with this seller. The product is a Christmas gift but I am assured if the product fails to perform it's function all I have to do is contact them. I don't think the product will fail because it was packaged really well. Would order from them again.

I was assured that the D7200 camera was a USA model. When received, I check the serial number with Nikon and it was not a USA model. Also did not include the Nikon warranty card as I requested. Unhappy that they're selling grey market Nikon products.

I bought a camera from this seller. The shipping label was created but not picked up for almost a week. I saw that this was a problem with the seller, so I emailed them about it. They shipped the package the next day. I received the camera in good shape after a few more days.

Don't even think about ordering from this shell game vendor. Took money, never shipped, lied at every turn. Had to pursue satisfaction from credit card company. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. READ REVIEWS. THERE'S A REASON IT'S THE CHEAPEST PRICE - IT'S NOT REAL

I ordered a $700 Sonos sound bar and the experience was a disaster. They finally sent me a tracking number after a week but the package never moved. They basically did what all dishonest sellers do, they ran a shipping label to keep me quiet. Im assuming they then tried to source the product somewhere cheaper so they could make a small profit. I contacted them a week later and they say the package is missing and they will investigate. The package was sent via Fedex Home but there was no origin scan and no movement. This means the package was never actually picked up by Fedex. When I finally wrote them again to explain this they came back and said that the package was "accidentally given to DHL and was in the UK". DHL isn't going to send a Fedex labeled package overseas.. complete nonsense. Then to top it all off they process my requested credit as an RMA return to make it look like they legitimately shipped my item. This is why I shop in the rain forest almost exclusively now

Rating + 1 Completely Dishonest - Out of stock

First, order was stated in stock only to find after contacting store that it was out of stock.. Shipment email with tracking was sent then saying item was now in stock. Called FedEx who stated they never received a shipment. Money was taken from my account. After calling Newegg found that the item was never shipped but that shipment had just arrived to the store the moment I called. Requested refund as Newegg CS agent told me they had refurbished items in stock but not new.

Rating + 1 Week later: "We don't have it in stock"

Was marked as 'Shipped' a week ago, but they never actually sent it.
I received all the other items from the order (other sellers), but they were completely tardy on informing me of the situation. I finally received a strange voicemail, but it was only after 5 tries of calling them back (just rings and rings forever), that they finally answered to tell me they never had the camera package in stock. They said I should wait 1-3 weeks for them to get the package back in stock. Thankfully I was able to cancel the order and get a refund. But their shop is still selling the package right now as if they had it in stock...

RMA Policy
    eturn Policy For the first 30 days of your purchase, you can return merchandise for a refund or an exchange minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost. You must include the original packaging and the item must be in NEW condition. Items and packing must not be marred, mishandled, or tampered with by an unauthorized repair person. All returns must include the item's original undamaged packaging and instructions. Returns must also include the blank warranty card where applicable. Returns must include all the manufactures supplied accessories. All products must be returned in its original manufactures box. Returns must be free of any physical or cosmetic damage.

    When upon inspection if these conditions are not met the product will be either sent for repair in the customer’s name or immediately sent back to the customer at customer’s expense.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
