Shipping details were never sent and I received my item in twice as many days as I was suppose to. The customer service team at Sunset Electronics was rude and did not provide me with any assistance in getting my order sooner.

I placed two marketplace orders within a couple days of each other. Both UPS tracking numbers were wrong, against two different marketplace vendors. There is a problem with the integration between newegg and the marketplace vendors.
For this order, I called Sunset Electronics and they provided the correct UPS number. (To their good credit) -- The item arrived perfectly, a little later than you're accustomed to with a newegg order and exacerbated by not knowing where the hell the item is. When I emailed Newegg customer service about the issue, the experience was unseasonably poor, with the newegg rep not reading about the full issue and just giving me boilerplate, "your UPS shipping information could be delayed for 24 hours" responses, even though the order was 4 days old and I'd confirmed the new number. Not a great experience but not many Bothans were killed, so I'll relent.

this company sell gray market equipment which is not recognized by Nikon as their equipment. they will not register or guarantee the equipment.

Canon camera was no longer sold, so they upgraded the order to the newer camera. The newer camera had as good or better features.

My son wanted a camara and some lenses. I went on newegg and found SunsetElecteonics offered a bundle package which has the camara, lenses and much more for less. I was nervous that they might miss some items or the delivery would be bad. But in reality, we got the package with everything stated in a few days. Very happy. Will do business with SunsetElectronics again.

Our order arrived very quickly, however one of the included items was incorrect. Upon hearing of the discrepancy, Sunset Electronics responded punctually and efficiently sorted out the issue. They shipped us the corrected part without hassle. I will definitely purchase from Sunset again.

Ordered 6 x 4GB SD cards. Only 5 of the 6 worked. The 6th wouldn't format beyond 1GB. Can't really blame them, bad apples always in the bunch but at $4.99 a pop, not worth the hassle of returning for a replacement
