Newegg handles returns very poorly, I have been trying to return items for a couple of months now and no resolution has been given. I should just be able to return to Newegg because that's where I purchased it and Newegg can deal with their 3rd party supplier. Very dissapointed and will deal with other suppliers in the future.

This is one great seller to buy from. I originally ordered a product from them with great fast shipping, then something happened with my package due to USPS losing it! I then noticed this vendor about my situation and they sent out the same item with no questions asked! Very understandable seller, would most definitely deal again.

We are a business and you sent our shipment via 1st class mail which cannot be tracked. I would prefer a method of shipment that can be tracked. This package when to our receptionist who had no idea what it is, since she doesn't receive parts. It sat up there for a week and a half before we figured it out. If we had a signature we could have tracked this package sooner.
Also, I have never rec'd so many emails for such a small order. I think you sent like nine emails concerning this order. Way overkill.
Seller Response:Very Low priced items with free shipping selected during check out ship first class WITH tracking number. Your order was placed on the 20th and we sipped the same day. Considering the free shipping you selected your order was received in 2 days which is a free overnight service if we took 24 hours to handle. Here is your tracking number 9400110200830716853873 which was provided the same day of shipment. Also the reason why the package sat on your desk for 2 weeks is because order was placed with NO contact name, only the company name was entered. So even if we used any other carrier it would have been treated the same since we can’t just guess the name of the person it should go to. We even called the company to follow up on the order and make sure they located the package but somehow we still received a negative feedback. Thank you for you business.

My best online experience ever! I placed an order at 9 a.m. Pacific Time Saturday morning. The order had free 5 to 7 day shipping. I was surprised to receive a tracking number later Saturday afternoon, and the item Monday morning. A very efficient shipping process from Las Vegas to Seattle within a few hours after placing my order.

I called them, had to ring the phone a few times in order for them to answer. Sketchy guy answers , I tell him the item is DOA and could I get a return. He responds " Yea I'll send you the paper work and hangs up" whatever, it was only $25 but thats not how you run a business

Item they shipped arrived a day early, I'll give them that, but it was not the Item I ordered. Ordered a Wintec 128GB FileMate ($174) They sent me a SanDisk Mobile Ultra 64GB MicroSDXC Flash Card with Adapter Model ($79) I called them and was on hold for close to 6 Mins via switch board before being sent to voice mail. Come to find out they do not open till 9 PST but overall, I am not pleased with this.

Sent me the wrong items. What I got was more expensive, so their loss. Still not the right item as I had purchased microSD and they sent standard size SD. So they'll be put to use for my SLR... oh well.

Got an ADATA USB 3.0 Flash Drive from Newegg through Hot Deals 4 Less. The free shipping said it might take 5-7 Business days but got it less than 3 days later from Halfway across the Country. (USA)

Standard Return Policy
- Return for refund within: 30 days
- Return for replacement within: 30 days
- Restocking Fee: 15.00%
RMA Policy
- 1. We will replace or refund any DOA products (Dead on arrival) but it must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date for it to be treated as DOA. If the date reported is passed the 7 days, item will be treated as a return and warranties will then be handled by the manufacturer which might take up to 3 weeks to get it replaced.
2. Defective and DOA must have all original packaging. This includes all manufacturer accessories, all packaging material and box with UPC number intact. Please do not just ship the item by itself.
3. All returned Item(s) must be reported within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns that are still factory sealed are still subject to a 5% restocking fee plus a nominal fee to cover the shipping if the item was offered with free shipping. All open item(s) are subject to 15% restocking fee.
4. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for orders incorrectly shipped by HotDeals4Less or DOA items.
5. Customer is responsible for return shipping on all returns, except for DOA orders and incorrectly shipped products by HotDeals4Less.
6. Items returned for replacement and found not to be defective will be returned at the buyer's expense.
7. Software, movies or any media is non-returnable. If item has a defective CD, we will replace it with the same exact title only.
RMA instructions
- 1. Please send your item back well packaged to the address above. Returns must include completed RMA form with reason for the return and action that needs to be taken. Returns will not be accepted if item(s) are shipped in a standard letter envelope as the item may be lost or damaged, padded envelope or boxes only depends on the product size.
