JCs Wildlife's mission is to offer quality and affordable solutions to the home bird and nature enthusiast. We only provide products we ourselves would be proud to have in our own yard. Rating + 1 Not what we though we were ordering

Sadly, we thought we were ordering two whole boxes of Suit to feed to the birds that visit our backyard every day. They sent us two single packs, not two boxes of suet cakes. They charged us more than ten times the usual price for the product. We will never do business with JCs Wildlife again.

How terrific it was to find the bird feeder I wanted on a trusted retail site from which I have ordered numerous products (Newegg). The order was filled by JCs Wildlife, who not only had the best price I found but included free S&H (and no sales tax to me). Obviously, when you make a purchase you expect a brand new product in the original manufacturer's unopened carton. But you never know how the product will be prepared for shipping. JCs Wildlife provided quality packing in a sturdy, form-fitting box. I received the order in 3 days. It don't get any better than that, so I wanted to share with other potential buyers.

    Returning your item: The consumer may return any new, unopened, and unused items sold and fulfilled by JCs Wildlife within 30 days of receiving the shipment for a full refund of the cost of the item minus all shipping fees (to and from consumer and this includes items sole with free shipping).
    All refunds require a Return Authorization Number which will be provided to the consumer upon contacting us by email. If the consumer returns the item without a Return Authorization Number, the return will not be processed. The consumer should expect to receive their refund within 10 business days upon receipt of the returned package.
    Incorrect addresses : Shipping charges will not be credited on refused orders and orders with bad or incorrect addresses, additionally the customer will incur all shipping charges, even if the order was sent out with free shipping.

    If an item purchased by the consumer is defective then it is the consumer responsibility to notify JCs Wildlife within 14 days of receiving the shipment. If the consumer does not notify JCs Wildlife within 14 days of receiving the shipment of the defect, then it is up to JCs Wildlife discretion whether or not a refund will be issued. Upon notification, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. The refund will be processed within 10 days upon receipt of the returned package.

    JCs Wildlife will bear the cost of all shipping charges incurred to the consumer as well as provide labels to the consumer in order to return a defective item. If an item is non-defective, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. JCs Wildlife will provide a shipping label to the consumer in order to return the item back to our warehouse. These charges will be deducted from the amount of the Customer refund.

    A consumer who wishes to cancel an order is required to contact JCs Wildlife immediately. Cancellations are not guaranteed. If the consumer contacts JCs Wildlife before the item has been processed, then the order can be cancelled and the consumer will not incur any charges.

    PLEASE NOTE: If the item is not returned to the warehouse, then no refunds or replacements will be issued. The consumer has 30 days once the return authorization number is provided to return the unwanted item back to JCs Wildlife warehouse. If the consumer does not return the item within the given timeframe, then the return will be voided. A return will not be reauthorized or processed once the 30 days have passed.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
