I had a problem where USPS was not delivering the item. Brainydeal sent me another one immediately through UPS.

This was a frustrating experience. Less than an hour after placing the order I tried to cancel, but couldn't. Then I was told to refuse the order, but I wasn't home when it was delivered. Then I was told to send it back. I followed the instructions, but it was delivered back to me. Then I had to pay for shipping to send it back. I realize none of this is the seller's fault, but it was a frustrating experience.

After a frustrating experience with another marketplace laptop battery seller, i tried out Brainydeal. Shipped much quicker than I expected, battery seems good to go so far.

I had an issue with the description of a battery that I purchased using the "battery finder" on newegg.com. I used the chat feature to ask for assistance and the newegg rep stated that they don't guarantee the descriptions on "marketplace" items and that they don't offer technical support or order support. When I requested a RMA to return the battery I stated that I recieved the wrong battery and would appreciate an exchange, which newegg said they don't do, and some help finding the correct battery. BRAINYDEAL contacted me the next day and offered assistance in finding me the correct battery and would send it once I returned the original purchase. They asked a few simple questions, offered a suggestion, and sent it immediately after receiving the original. Not only did they send the new one but refunded the difference in price! While newegg.com failed as a retailer BRAINYDEAL saved the day! Thanks!

Terrible, I will NEVER order anything from you again. I will also tell everyone I know regarding the issues.
Spent $11.25 to return a battery for my laptop in exchange for another one. The second battery will not even go into the laptop. I feel I should be re-imbursed for the original cost, the $11.25 return fee, plus the cost to ship back the second battery. Terrible service. No phone numbers either. Dan

This is the second time from this seller that I have had to make a return because the description of the item is not accurate. While the company promptly reimburses it has cost me twice to send the items which where not compatible back.

I ordered two of these. One worked fine, but the 2nd one didn't turn on. Fortunately, the seller was quick to offer sending us a replacement. The replacement worked fine.
