The shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) and shipping service is selected automatically. Taking into account several factors, including the part size, weight and destination address, it ships the part to balance out the lowest possible shipping cost with shortest delivery time.

123AutoParts and NewEgg are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible.
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:
1) Are in their original packaging
2) Have original manufacturer information
3) Are not used, installed, or disassembled
4) Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
5) Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions
The following orders are not returnable:
* Custom or special orders
* Automotive repair manuals
* Tire Chains
* Gasket sets in open packages
* Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, relays, air mass meters, etc)
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
Items incorrectly shipped to 123AutoParts will not be returned. Items not purchased from 123AutoParts on NewEgg.com will not be accepted.
In the event that your return is a result of an error on our end, please DO NOT ship the part back to us. **We are unable to provide reimbursement for return shipping costs. If you feel that your return is a result of an error on our end, or damage prior to you receiving the part, please contact us. Let us know what happened and if you prefer a Replacement or a Refund. We will send a driver to pick up the damaged part free of charge.
FAQ… When will I get my Refund? All NewEgg return credits are processed on Wednesday of each week for all returns received and logged in to our warehouse by Monday of that same week. If at any time, you feel your return credit should have been issued already, please provide a shipment tracking # and we will be glad to investigate.

We ship from many warehouses all over the country. Returns are NOT processed at all of them. Where you send your return back to is specific to what and when you ordered.
For the smoothest return and refund process, it is important that you follow the return procedure set by both NewEgg and 123AutoParts.
To proceed with a return:
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us approximately 12 to 24 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains your RMA number, RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS and other important details for a smooth return and refund. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
6. We highly recommend you obtain a return shipment tracking number from the shipping carrier you use to ship the part back to us. If your return does not arrive back to us, and there is no return shipment tracking number available, we will not be able to assist you.
