Item page indicated part was available at the time I placed my order, and was only updated later to indicate "out of stock" status. Seller waited five days to inform me that the item I ordered was not in stock. When the seller did contact me the email was written poorly and was completely unapologetic.

This is not a very professional way of dealing with the public. Even if there are other items I need I would not purchase from this company again. I will take my money elsewhere. Not only does this reflect poorly on this company, but allowing companies like this to operate on the Newegg site diminishes the favorable Newegg brand name that I believe in and recommend to others.

Buyer beware with regard to CARRO PACIFIC!

I don't like blasting a company, but in this case, I feel it's only fair. They falsely don't give you the clear picture. In there defense, they did try working with me, but their front office person, had made my angry. She did nothing but make me more angry.. Thanks not how it works. Bart Polich

    If there is any error in the part received, please contact us immediately.
    Returns will be accepted if the item is unused, uninstalled, in the original packaging and in brand new condition. Items that are defective may also be returned. We are not responsible for install mistakes. Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
    Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items and to insure the package.
    Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    Once items have been received & inspected per our guidelines, a credit will be issued to the customer

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
