Placed order on Thursday, received order on Monday!

I bought this item for my son. He wanted a different model. The shipment did not come with any information on returns and when i finally tracked the company down they would not let me get my money back so i had to purchase the other model at additional expense with another company.

I had a question on the item I purchased. THREEJACK answered very quickly. Received item faster than I expected. Will buy from him again.

I ordered a pair of headphones from THREEJACK a few days ago. Received the item only 2 days after placing my order. The manufactorer packaging looked like it had been dropped off a tall building's roof with severed large chips in it's hard plastic case. I'm not sure if this was due to the shipping companies poor football passing skills, or this was an open box. However due to there being no loose chipped pieces in the packaging I'm guessing this product was like that because it ever left THREEJACK.

That being said, the actual product itself was in 100% perfect condition and looks and operates like new.

Overall I'm very satisfied, I'll take $50 less than retail for a rough looking box any day.

Very poor customer service, bought a product same day as a new egg item, there was a glitch in the system wrong address, new egg cancelled. Three jack refused to cancel. Still have yet to receive the product from the "glitched" address and its been roughly 2 weeks

They did not hesitate to ship my order. I was very impressed by that.
