Ordered 11/25/15; tracking info shows sent 11/30/2015. As of 12/15/2015, no delivery; No return communication advising order status; Very frustrated; Will never order from the, again!!!!!!!

As stated.
The item I ordered was used and broken when it arrived at my house.

The screen of the netbook was scratched, gouged, and had dirt and gunk on it!

Power did not work, item was broken inside and out and shipped used even though I only purchased new, not used nor refurbished.

Got some scary photos of a very abused and used screen that was inside the center of all the rest which looks fair and new.

I bought 2 of these to give out as a gift. The retail packaging of one of the cups was badly worn out that I couldn't use it as a gift. I basically paid for 2 and could only use one.

I got this for a birthday present for somone. They have been unable to use it..Replaced the battery twice and still won't turn on.Took it to the repair shop and they informed me the system was damaged and should not have been sold and was never restored. Have to buy a new one for them..Total waste of money.

Rating + 5 Refurb TOSHIBA DR430 DVD Recorder

OK, so bought a refurb unit from the vendor for less than half a new unit costs and the first one arrived in time but was DOA. Shipped it back on their nickle and a replacement showed up a few days later that has (so far) been working fine.

Sure, everyone wants perfection when they buy something, but the chance of getting a dud with a refurb unit is the risk you take. The prompt action to correct the problem by the vendor exceeded my expectations.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
