When I ordered from this company, they were prompt to process and deliver my item in great condition.

the contacts to the battery didn't match up so this collar didn't work.

As far as I can they seem to just be a drop ship managment company.

I ordered a white tablet and received a blue one instead.

If you do order from them, buyer beware. Never pony up for expedited shipping- you're just going to get the 'convenient boat from China' in any event. My shipment took over 10 days to arrive.

Product arrived as advertised and in great condition. The main issue was how long it took to ship. While the standard shipping is listed as 7-14 days, it still took the full length of time to receive it. I checked on here to see other reviews and noticed others had contacted the seller to discover the item was out of stock. Given that fact, the 14 days it took to receive it was fairly decent.

Recieved a Kocaso M870 8" tablet 10 days ago. Had problems out of the box. Customer service was very helpful trying to solve the issue with a firmware..when that failed they sent a return pre-paid shipping label. Received new tablet 5 days later and is performing as advertised. ...Would definitely recommend this seller.

I ordered a TV mount from them. Before it arrived, I found another mount I wanted more. So I contacted the seller and they told me to refuse the package. UPS took it back and they refunded my money with no problems. My emails were always answered within a day.

I didn't actually use any products from them, but I would feel good buying from them in the future.

When I received my flashlight and found it not to work, They waived my return and just sent a new one. I appreciated that in that I didn't even have to ask.

I made my purchase on April 10th. I purchased to items from two different sellers. Both Sellers received my address information. eBestDeal4u didn't put my full address information on my item. When the item was shipped to me the usps returned the item for insufficient address. I contacted newegg they directed me to the seller. I contacted the seller. One of there reps lied to me and told me that the item will be sent out the next day. I waited three days and called the seller again. the rep told me the item has not been sent out and they have to wait until the original item is returned to there warehouse so they can re send it. I explained to her what the previous rep said. She advised me that I was misinformed and told me that they h ave to wait for the package to send it back out to me. It has been two weeks and I don't have my item.

Purchased as a gift for grandkid age 7. Due to risk of careless handling, did not want to pay big $ for Nexus, Kindle or other top name unit. This product had all the features I wanted at a reasonable price.

Although I read some horror stories on product review pages about this unit, I bought anyway, planning on returning if the stories were true. They weren't.

Product arrived promptly in good working order. Easy set-up and internet connect, worked with Google apps store, Netflix, etc. No product quality or functional issues.

Most online complaints were probably due to unrealistic expectations or Android unfamiliarity. The speed, display brightness and resolution, touch screen and battery life are adequate... this is not an iPad or PC equivalent, and at this price it should not be expected to be. If buyer has never seen Android before, set-up and learning curve might take a bit longer.

For the price, this is a decent product that does what it should. I'd buy another.
