Rating + 1 canceled order in allowed time frame

I sent a message to cancel my order the same day the GPS was ordered on the 7th this was in the allowed time frame my card was not charged yet. Now today on the 9th it says the Item was shipped and my card has been charged. I have a receipt of the cancel order email I sent to the seller through Newegg. Looks like I have to make sure all my purchases in the future Newegg only and not a third party seller.

Overall, I was pretty satisfied with this seller. The item was priced well and came as described within a reasonable amount of time.

My only minor criticism is that it took 2-3 days from the moment I purchased the item to receive shipment notification. Perhaps my expectations are too high, but getting such feedback is commonplace nowadays.

I do not like your website. It is not geared to the professional user. it is a consumer web site. As an example you can not print your order without a lot of pictures and unnecessary information that wastes paper and time as this information is filed with the PO.

Rating + 1 Horrible Customer Service

I bought a transducer for my boat from them, it said 1-2 days processing before shipment, I called newegg to cancel but they gave me PCRush phone number since it was a 3rd party seller. I called the company within an hour of ordering the transducer and was told that they could only send an email request for the item to be cancelled they can not cancel it. Over a day later i receive an email saying it can't be cancelled and here is my tracking number. When looking at tracking number item label has been created. This is over a day after I asked for it to be cancelled. Told me to deny shipment but won't get money back for shipping. If item is delivered I have to pay to send it back. Horrible people will never do business with them again.

Rating + 4 As described and reasonable delivery time.

The product that I ordered was as described and expected. I received shipping confirmation within a reasonable period of time and it would have been delivered on schedule if there had not been a hiccup that the seller could not have foreseen.

I would not hesitate to place another order with this vendor. I would, however, avoid the lowest price shipping option and I advise others to do so as well. I don't remember it saying anywhere, but the option is FedEx SmartPost, which, if I understand correctly, delivers the package to local USPS for final delivery. In my case, this means that the item sits in never-never land for a few days before inexplicably being delivered two days after it has been flagged as delivered.

I do not hold the vendor responsible for local USPS ... let's say, eccentricities, but I would advise evaluating other options.

4 stars/eggs(?) - experience with vendor was as expected.

List items as having 3 year warranty, they actually only have a 1 year, then they offer pretty much nothing to make it right. Do not purchase from this seller.... BEWARE!
