Rating + 3 Order was what I ordered, but the packaging was sub par...

The item was packaged within a larger box with no was just rolling around inside. I haven't installed it yet so I won't know until then if there has been any damaged incurred by it's transportation...sad.

Rating + 1 The failed to package a mouse with the keyboard (only got half the order)

I ordered a keyboard and a mouse through Newegg with PC Rush. The box came and it only contained the keyboard. The mouse was missing. I talked to someone from Newegg and they said they would email this 3rd party vendor. PC Rush then sends me a email telling me accordingly to the tracking number it was shipped to my address....which it was but with only half the items in the box. I have a feeling I am going to spend countless hours over this...just for a 12 dollar mouse.

If I could give 0 eggs I would. PCRush still hasn't provided us our server rack a month after we ordered it. This appears to be some sort of scam company. They charged the card used but still nothing has arrived. I recommend avoiding purchasing anything from PCRush. I've been a Newegg customer for over 15 years and have turned countless people to them to purchase parts for tech related stuff. I've never had a n experience like this with newegg and one of their vendors. Newegg says they can't do anything to help me since the rack was ordered from one of their vendors.............. I'm very disappointed newegg. I can't say I'll be sending any people to newegg in the future if this sort of thing is going to be happening.

The fan itself is fine, works well. The biggest issue I had is the delivery. It showed up 4 days after the other 8 items I ordered for my build. Was annoying to have to tear apart the case again.

Rating + 1 "Shipment lost"

I ordered a product from this seller and was charged immediately. I received no tracking information and then requested information for Newegg. 3 days later i still received nothing from them and canceled my order. I then get an email that says my shipment was lost and a refund has been issued. Pick a different seller.

RMA Policy
    If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase return the unwanted product within 30 days from the original invoice date. Product returns subject to industry standard 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Replacement cost deducted from refund for open consumable items such as toner, ink, printheads, batteries and media.

    Defective items are eligible for repair/service or exchange directly through the Original Equipment Manufacturer at no cost to you.
    Please contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer for warranty entitlement policies. Returns due to technical malfunction can only be accepted on items diagnosed defective by the Original Equipment Manufacturer's Technical Support Department.
    Product returns result in unavoidable shipping costs paid to freight carriers and restocking or handling fees charged by the manufacturer. These charges provide no benefit to and are entirely beyond our control. RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
