Rating + 1 Buy from anyone else but this seller!!

First I will say he is the slowest seller to ship items. Took 10 days that is 10 days to ship my item which was an AMD 5370.
Next the package he shipped the item in did not have any protective packing materiel at all inside the shipping box to protect the CPU Box from damage.He just tossed the CPU box loose into another bigger box,so the CPU box slid and banged all around inside the shipping box. Next he didn't even tape the box completely closed. When the package finally did come, it arrived partially opened so you could see what was inside and on top of all this the shipping box was just completely smashed like some one sat on it and then played a bit of soccer with it.Needless to say the CPU box inside was all damaged as well and was also crushed.
Luckily and I do mean Luck here,the CPU was not damaged. This is not the first report like this one that I have read either.All the bad horrid rumors and reports listed are all true.Stay away from this seller. He and his service are scum.Newegg you guys need to kick this seller from your site asap.Complete and utter nonsense and I completely regret doing business through newegg with this seller.

Rating + 1 Do not buy from this seller!

I ordered a Dell P2715Q monitor on Thursday. At that time the price of the item was $518. After two days, the status was still verifying order. And I've found the price was drop to $489. So I requested to cancel it or match the price to the changed price in the morning.
In the late afternoon, I got an email from Newegg that the item was shipped, after that the customer support mailed to me that the shipped item cannot be cancelled. No mention about the price. They should have been notified this before they shipped the item.

The customer service was flat out awful. The person I talked to wasted an hour of my time. She kept saying she could fix my problem then stop. The community chat was horrific. They mocked me and called me stupid for wanting to learn about computers. If you want to purchase items from here, that's fine, just don't use their customer service or community.

At the time of writing this review, the rest of the parts for the computer have not yet arrived, but I am impressed with the speed my item got to me. I took the free shipping option and it was here next day. Now the motherboard sits here, as if mocking me, waiting for the rest.

Tracking number took forever to post... but when it did... the package was at my door.

Packaging around the box laptop was in was extremely loose, but no damages.

The seagate refrub hard drive isnt recognized by the computer, so its of no use. I also ordered batteries which you all charged me for but they still haven't shipped and there has been no notification of a back order, what gives??? This is not the usual great service I get from Newegg. Very disappointing.

Rating + 1 Don't shop at Newegg. IT is a ripoff.

This seller didn't ship what is advertised. They charge your credit card before they ship anything then they don't ship the order or the items described on the website. Then when you return the item they want to charge you a restocking fee. After all they expect to see some fraudulent charges on your credit card.
