Ordered at the beginning of the week and had my item on Thursday. My only complaint would be the item will show pending even if they've already shipped it; so that can be a bit confusing as you'll think your item is still processing when it's actually already on its way.

I got this motherboard DOA. cpu slot not working.They have not replied to any messages or any instructions on how or where to return it to much less any refund. I expect any style apart of newegg to have the same customer service but not so much. Hope this want a scam and sent me a bad one got my money then no refund.

I ordered a gtx 980 from them, Decided i didn't want it so i put in a cancel request around 5 minutes later. Fast forward to two days later and they send me an email saying i have been billed for the item and it has shipped, not 2 minutes later there "customer care" emails me saying i cant cancel something that has already shipped. Never gonna be buying anything from PC Rush anymore.

Not really, they have bad customer support. Refuses to send a box to me because they expect you to keep a box you have no use I can get a replacement and will charge again in order to send the replacement.

Rating + 1 Poor customer service

When I did not receive my order I inquired and they told me it had been delivered. I only inquired because I already knew it was showing delivered. However I did not receive it on May 18th as stated. I was pretty much told there was nothing they could do. However Friday June 3rd my order was delivered because it had been left on the delivery truck and it had gone unnoticed until the night before. If PC Rush had inquired from the delivery company as to the whereabouts of my package, I may have gotten it sooner rather than later. They were of no help trying to help me locate this package. They treated me as if I had lied and I did not appreciate that at all.

Rating + 1 Worst Experiance Buying Online

I received an empty package from the seller. It has been a nearly two weeks and nothing has been resolved. After numerous phone calls I get the run-around. Total disappointment and frustration with the NewEgg Marketplace seller. Stick with NewEgg, but maybe avoid the Marketplace sellers.

Return Instruction

    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
