Rating + 5 Works great!

Grabbed this, an SSD, and 4GB of memory for a nice little firewall appliance. Installed Sophos and it recognized everything out the gate, although I haven't gotten the access point to work using the built in antenna. Granted, I had no intention of actually using it.

Installation was easy, though the screws were a little hard to get out until I could get a good purchase on the rubber.

A Samsung monitor was ordered, and it was scratched on the screen. It was returned and reordered, and the second one was scratched worse than the first. We will not be reordering. Very disappointed.

Would not ever recommend this seller. package was sent out then when was to be delivered they recalled the package for some reason they will not disclose then ounce they have it back they say it take 3-5 business days to refund my money. Funny only took them one day to take the money when they shipped. Very shady , makes you wonder why they recalled package to begin with maybe empty box.

I bought a power supply from them, which got to me quickly, however, I had decided I wanted to buy from a different merchant, as the reviews made me feel worried. Newegg told me they had not shipped and would contact the seller. The same day I had talked with the Newegg service rep, I figured out on my own that they had already shipped the product the day before and charged my card. If you buy from this seller, BE SURE YOU ABSOLUTELY WANT WHAT YOU'RE BUYING. They give you no grace period to change your mind, unlike other vendors. I will also add that they packaged my power supply using a thin layer of brown paper—the kind you'd see for bags, and the power supply definitely had been moving around the box during shipping. Power supply was basically DOA, but I suppose that's probably not the company's fault.

Rating + 2 Laughably Poor Customer Service

Purchasing and shipping went as expected, so I'll definitely give them that. Sadly, I have no idea whether the product itself was as advertised because I was unable to retrieve the package. Apparently some scumbag decided to take it unto themselves to steal it from my property, in the absolute pinnacle of human decency, so I never received what I paid for. That's certainly not the seller or shipper's fault, it's not like they have control over people who can't even manage basic personal accountability, but that's not why I'm writing this review.

The rating I've given is based on the laughably terrible customer service support provided to rectify the issue. After waiting on the support staff to take the actions I already did before even making contact with them (contacting the shipper), their conclusion was to inform me that I should pick the package up from the resident at my own address. That's right, they suggested that I should check in with myself at my own address to see if I received the package, so that I could pick it up from myself at my own address. Now, if only the real world actually worked that way. It was a great laugh at the lack of basic reasoning skills and observation employed to assist me, even though I paid for insurance, but I'm afraid the comedy of it was short lived. I almost wish they'd just said "Too bad, your loss." instead of pretending to provide support.

Don't buy from this seller if you even suspect you'll need customer service, I'm not sure if that wouldn't extend to their warranty services, either. I will end up buying from this seller again, not because I want to, but because I have to replace what was stolen from me. I suggest others use my experience as a word of caution: I don't even believe anyone looked at the issue I had beyond contacting the shipper, I think it was all either automated or outsourced to someone who didn't have any information about the problem.

Rating + 1 PC Rush? More like PC "eventually get there"

Company did well in packaging the product, but did not do well with protecting it, i.e., did not include any cooling option. This is a reckless practice as someone with less experience would put the chip on the motherboard, fire up the computer and fry the chip. Also, the company took the maximum time to send the product, and used FedEx Ground, which does not work on the weekend. Furthermore, no customer service number on the invoice. I wish I could give this negative eggs, but they at least got the packing right.
