I feel I have been scammed. It has been 3 weeks and I have not yet received my canopy! I have tried to contact them and have had no response back. The item has been paid for over two weeks now. I am not able to get tracking info. No clear way to talk to customer service. This is a fraud!!!
Seller Response:I'm so sorry for all troubles caused to you. But I've already issued full refund for you. Didn't you receive it??

Item was delivered in a timely manner and well packaged. Appears to be in good condition, but I haven't put batteries in and tested it out yet. I would recommend this seller.

Rating + 1 Hard to reach and not very helpful. Bad return/refund policy.

The return/refund policy gives you 30 days from the INVOICE date. The product is then shipped from China which takes 14 days to be delivered. So half of the refund period is used up by the slow shipping.
Took many days to reach. They did not answer the phone number which newegg gave me and it took two days before they answered the email sent by newegg. I requested a manual which had not been included. They sent a corrupted pdf file.

Rating + 1 Avoid this seller. Don't ignore the bad reviews like I did. Some of them are 100% accurate.

- Ordered high end mechanical keyboard on 7/1 with extra 3-5 day shipping option.
- It's 7/16 and still hasn't arrived.
- Tracking # doesn't work and says invalid.
- Newegg customer support contacted seller on my behalf. No response.

I don't have time to babysit. I've given them a huge amount of time, and benefit of the doubt, to provide the item I ordered.


Now I'll need to make time to get a refund and go through the process to find something again.

This seller should literally be removed from the newegg marketplace until they prove through action to be responsible, responsive and legit. At the moment they don't appear to be any of those things.

Too slow, I ordered another item from Newegg a day later, I received the Newegg item, this guy hasn't even shipped it yet. How many days does it take to put it in a box and ship it?

This umbrella can't stand on its own. I had to get sandbags to hold down the base. Very disappointing. It would be too much of a pain to return but safe to say I'll never buy again from this vendor. Newegg, you should be more selective about who you work with, this tarnishes your brand as well.
