This item was never received. As per USPS package was undeliverable as addressed. According to NewEgg customer service the seller was to reply to me and their inquiry within 24 hours. I have not been contacted by seller. I now have to wait 7 days for my refund. This is totally unacceptable. This item was ordered on Aug 10, 2016.

No i will not recommend. I will not buy again. My item has not yet delivered. It almost a week since i bought the item.

Rating + 1 Undelivered product and invalid tracking number

Like so many others ordering from the sellers among the Newegg marketplace, my money is spent, but I have no product, and no real hope of discovering if it will come to me or not. Newegg published that the product was shipped, and posted a tracking number, but the number isn't valid and Newegg has no idea if the product was shipped. I guess they just trust anything their marketplace sellers tell them, and ignore concerns by just passing them to the seller, who (in this case at least) is less than responsive.

I feel I have been scammed. It has been 3 weeks and I have not yet received my canopy! I have tried to contact them and have had no response back. The item has been paid for over two weeks now. I am not able to get tracking info. No clear way to talk to customer service. This is a fraud!!!
Seller Response:I'm so sorry for all troubles caused to you. But I've already issued full refund for you. Didn't you receive it??

Rating + 1 Hard to reach and not very helpful. Bad return/refund policy.

The return/refund policy gives you 30 days from the INVOICE date. The product is then shipped from China which takes 14 days to be delivered. So half of the refund period is used up by the slow shipping.
Took many days to reach. They did not answer the phone number which newegg gave me and it took two days before they answered the email sent by newegg. I requested a manual which had not been included. They sent a corrupted pdf file.
