No reflection on the seller since the price of this product was very low and more than fair but the item will certainly not last a lifetime. I used it to assemble a Broyhill managers chair and the plastic handle allen guides stripped but the handle was usable up to the finish of the task assigned. Not a real high quality but a great idea and a worthwhile buy with reservations.

Eastwood Company fulfilled my order quickly, provided package tracking information. My order arrived on time, well packaged, all items in perfect shape, as described.

i had an issue with a product only took them 5 min if that on the phone to straighten it out they are sending me a new one i would highly recommend this company they have great costumer service and no waiting on phone at all got person right away after i selected needing customer service

Great product great company I ordered a set of screwdrivers they came packaged in a heavy cardboard box they shipped there ttools better than most company ship they're products. Made even better by using my newegg account. If I ever hit the lottery I'm going to order 1 of everything from them
