RMA Policy
    All items are inspected before leaving our warehouse.

    If your order is damaged during shipping please e-mail: returns@1swords.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please include your name, order number and a brief description of the damages and we will send you an RMA# with return label for the return. All returns must be in the same condition and packaging that they were received. Once the damaged product(s) have been received in our warehouse we will ship you a new item accordingly.

    If the merchandise is defective please contact us within 10 business days by e-mailing returns@1swords.com to obtain an RMA# and instructions for the return. All items must be in its original packaging and condition. Unless otherwise specified we will ship a replacement item to you once the defective merchandise has been received and inspected in our warehouse. We are not obligated to accept any returns submitted more than 10 business days after receipt of the merchandise. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA#.

    Buyers remorse is not a valid reason for returns. Buyers remorse includes, but is not limited to, a customer receiving a product that is dull or too sharp, decides that they no longer wish to have this product, has an unrealistic expectation of the product, or decides that they do not like the product after receiving the merchandise.

    We will not issue refunds or accept returns for items that don't arrive as quickly as expected. Expedited shipping methods are offered for time-sensitive merchandise.
