RMA Policy
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from date of purchase to request an exchange or return. If you decide you want to return or exchange a watch that you purchase from us for any reason. Product must be in new, unworn condition with no physical changes such as scratches or removed links, and we have to charge a 15 percent restocking fee of the purchase price.
RMA instructions
- Please contact us toll free at 1-888-868-1828 to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#).
With the RA number, the customer can return merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Only unworn and unsized merchandise is returnable.
The Return Authorization (RA #) has to be written on the outside of the package as well as on a note inside the package. Returns ship to:
