Received well packed sealed box. The mounting assembly, element spacers, remote & screws were missing. Useless item without these parts.

Rating + 1 I never got my item(s)

I ordered these on the 11th of July. It's now the 25th of July and I still haven't received my lights that I ordered from them. The shipping option said that it was supposed to be 5 to 7 days. If they can't ship something within a reasonable amount of time, they need to be dropped as a marketplace seller.

Rating + 4 Everyone makes mistakes

Despite the fact seller initially only sent one of the two items I ordered & paid for, they were more than willing to make things right and send me the second item I bought & paid for with little trouble. After a few emails and a week or so later, I had the second item.

All-in-all that is all you can hope for - everyone makes mistakes - but seller made good on transaction. Would not discourage others from ordering.

I have not had the opportunity to use/install items (TV antennas) - but they appear to be a good value relative to what you would pay for a similar item in a store.

Rating + 1 misunderstanding

I ordered this item from "Hisgadget" about 4 weeks ago and it still isn't here. I tracked the package and discovered that it actually came here, but was not delivered for some reason. I emailed to find out why and they said the address was wrong and undeliverable. They told me the address used, but it was correct. The item is now back at their facility. I am trying to get a refund.
