Rating + 2 Terrible shipping experience

Placed an order on 9-24-15 for 2 items that were listed as in stock and paid $9.99 for expedited shipping. The items where eventually received on 10-8-15. In between I received DHL tracking info that did not work, then they told me the package was lost, then they said it was out of stock, then they said it was back in stock after I asked to cancel. Finally they shipped the item on 10-7-15 from CA and I received it the next day. I will say that the items were exactly what I ordered but I would not buy from them again.

Rating + 1 HisGadget likes to sell out of stock items

Bluetooth receiver was "In Stock" according to the webpage. My order sat in "Pre-shipment info" at USPS for 2 weeks but "shipped" according to Newegg and HisGadget. I inquired to HisGadget and they stated that it was "lost during shipping" and they were now out of stock so they credited my money back. Yeah right, what a bunch of garbage. It never "got lost during shipping" because it was never shipped; they sold me a known out-of-stock item. Bad business practices and even worse excuses and lies. At least they were quick to refund my money, mostly due to the fact that they never had my item to begin with. Its akin to airlines outselling flights for seats they do not have and getting bumped, avoid at all costs.

Had a problem with a hose that failed after a few weeks of use. Notified Newegg who hooked me up with Hisgadget's customer service. Pleasant. accommodating and responsive! I had a replacement hose quickly. Terrific customer service and support. Thanks!

RMA instructions
