At this point I think Newegg is to blame and not this scam of a seller.
Just like the other victims that bought product from this seller the product wasn't shipped and only a tracking number was supplied (that never left the warehouse). I finally got a hold of the seller and was promised a full refund (after I asked for a return label due to the product arriving more than a month later). The Seller didn't want to send a return label as it will cost to much to ship and refunded 20%.
I'll try my luck again with Newegg customer service (as they weren't much of a help until now) and will stick to "starts with an A and ends with an N" (Newegg feels that it's an inappropriate word) in the future.

I ordered from NewEgg based on the product review and became rather concerned after I checked the seller's recent reviews. Many listed complaints about not receiving their products or lengthy shipping times. I'm pleased to say I had no issues and my product arrived about a week after I placed my order. . . . on the same day as the other product that came directly from NewEgg

Patazon seems to be a very incompetent company from china... They ran a promotion on Newegg Marketplace, and over sold there cheap product. Which as a vendor you would want to make sure when you run a promotion you have inventory ready to ship. Ordered the product 02/03/16 - Never received product. Called Newegg 02/27 who sent email to Patazon asking for status update as it shows SHIPPED on the status. Received a response they were out of stock and had an emergency shipment on its way and I should see the product in 4-5 business days... 24 days later, still no shipment. Was forced to send cancellation letter to Patazon, lets hope they honor there promise... it's not Newegg's fault, this happened, but I would suggest Newegg investigate these companies and decide if they really want to host product from a company with very little regard to customers.
