Rating + 1 Ignored all communication attempts from customer and Newegg support. No customer care or service. 0 eggs.

Placed an order with this seller and needed to cancel it. Began the cancel process within 20 minutes of placing order. Newegg customer support sent this seller, Patazon, a direct email telling them to cancel the order. Three additional messages were sent to seller through Newegg contact/email seller option. All communication was sent to seller within an hour. All communication attempts were ignored by seller. 36 hours later the seller billed for and shipped the order anyway. This action shows that the seller either doesn't read or ignores communication attempts and should not be allowed to sell on Newegg.

Just like the other reviews, you have to crank the volume up to full on the audio device your playing from...and car radio up just as equally to hear the music. If you don't have a direct plug-in for your radio (like me) it's not a bad investment.

The seller has fantastic customer service! I had a problem with shipping when I first bought the item but i still got it and forgot to tell the seller. They emailed me a couple of months later wanting updates to see whether I got the item or not and would be willing to replace if I didnt. Would definitely recommend buying from them.

The product was received in an obvious opened box. Residue remained on the outside where the previous seal was located. Mouse has scuff marks on the bottom indicating obvious use and finger prints on the gloss surfaces.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
