The product is awesome. The watch in itself arrived in good standing, but the packaging and shipping method was trash. This watch comes in square box. Seller did not bother to ship it in another box, but he put it in the envelop so the box arrived in very poor condition. It looked like a truck ran over it! I cut two points for this two issues and seller's carelessness. Otherwise, this watch is very good product.

Received the merchandise damaged no contact will never buy anything from this seller. Either used or damaged goods be careful. Newegg doesn't help the customer at least other sites help.

The watch I bought for my wife was delivered very promptly. However she didn't like it because the face was rather small and difficult to read. It's pretty hard to guage the size of a watch based on photos when you shop on line. So, I got authorization from Newegg to return it.

I expected to pay for the return shipping, but did not expect an unexplained $4 charge. In fact,the Newegg rep whom I was dealing with via email told me that the charge was wrong and it would be credited to my charge card. Well, it's about 3 weeks since that promise was made, and there is no credit. It's not worth the effort and annoyance to follow up, but I felt it was worth a comment.
