We decided to sell our equipment online after seeing continuously overpriced sporting goods equipment. Rather than fall in line with all of the overpriced equipment vendors, we chose to instead pass our savings onto our customers. All of our equipment is sold brand-new. Rating + 1 Do not buy from this seller it's a scam!

Do not buy any products from this seller as they would not deliver. They would create a computer generated code thru the agency wich is supposed to deliver but they would never send the item to them. I'm not the only one with this problem as other reviews say the same I should of read them first but I got too much peace of mind since it was reputable website.

My grandson loves this bag!!! Construction seems to be sturdy. Plenty of compartments for holding equipment. Fast shipping.

Rating + 1 Does not reply to emails or pick up phone calls

Order never arrived, tracking # never posted, emails for status went unanswered. Phone call was not picked up. Claim had to be opened for refund with newegg since seller was not responding.

Rating + 4 Great communication. Except

I completely appreciate that Newegg keeps me informed all the way through the invoicing processed. (Submitted/Processing/Approved). What I would like to see if more information on when I can actually expect to receive my product. It seems that I am kept completely in the loop otherwise, but delivery info is a bit weak.

    As long as the item(s) are in their original, brand-new, unused and unopened condition the item(s) can be sent back for a refund or exchange.
RMA instructions

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
