Rating + 1 Horrible Seller - Do Not Buy From Them

Do not buy from them. Horrible communication. They shipped my item to Wisconsin and it should have went to New York. No idea what their issue is but do not buy from this seller.

Rating + 2 Questionablr Company

I ordered an item from this company waited approximately 4 days for some type of action on the order. I received no notifications from this company prior to me contacting them. I asked that tracking info be sent to me when they finally ship. I explained to them I needed the info so I could make sure I was home to receive parcel. The company did answer my email and told me that when the order ships they will send me an email with the tracking number. A couple days later I received the payment authorized email from New Egg, still nothing from seller. Another day goes by and luckily I was at home because a Fed Ex truck is honking out front. It was my item.
After two days I finally receive the tracking info from New Egg.
I have used the market place on New Egg numerous times and this is the worst experience I have had with any of the companies.

This seller does not respond to customer support requests. This was for a very expensive product so you don't want to buy from this seller.

Rating + 1 No RMA, No Response

I received a duplicate order and called to have one of the products returned. The first time I called, the woman was friendly and told me she would send the RMA shipping label to my email.

After a few days, the RMA never arrived. I've called back several times during business hours over the past 2 weeks but no one would answer the phone. I sent 2 RMA requests through the Newegg web site and have not received any response.

I received two products when I only ordered one, was told I would receive an RMA, did not, and am now being ignored.

Please don't make the same expensive mistake I did by ordering through this company.

Rating + 3 Poor instructions

The bike arrived very quickly. But- The instructions are poorly written in some areas. The brakes still squeal after 2 weeks of adjusting. I had to take off the chain guard as the chain rubbed against it making a horrible noise. The tires & frame are nice, the seat is ok.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
