It's an Apple charger, what more can you ask for? Well, the one I received did not work and Frugal Corner replaced it immediately, including testing before shipping. Can't ask for more than that. Will buy from again.

I would like to note my appreciation for this seller.
I ordered an iPad charging cable and when received the item, I realized that it is different from the website description. ( length is 3 ft against 5 ft as in website) I immediately let them know of the problem and they apologized to me because of the error . They didn't have any 5 ft cables in stock and offered me 2 options: 1. Keep the item and they will provide two extenders which will make the cable even longer than 5 ft. Also they will issue me a partial refund of my original order amount. 2.Full refund and they let me keep the cable as a gift. I am really amazed by their professionalism.

I purchased 2 otterbox's for a samsung s3 both came from different vendors, one in california, the other coming from this saler in new york. I purchased both at the same time on 14Feb.2013. I recieved the one from california yesterday 19Feb.2013 I had been checking the tracking everyday all there has been was the post office recieved shipping info on the 15th. It finaly arrived at the post office tonight 20Feb.2013. This is rediculous a vendor would sit on a package for 5 days. Do not buy from this vendor unless you like to wait on your items. newegg said i would recieve my otterbox in 5 to 7 days after purchase, not it would be shipped in 5 to 7 days after purchase. Next time I need a new phone case I will just pay the extra money and get it local.

Wow, I read the other reviews and I should have paid attention to the comments. I received a used, opened, damaged box, no instructions and a scratched screen protector. I think they pull this stuff out of the garbage and sell as new. How dare Newegg take advantage of my loyalty as a customer and allow these two bit operators to sell this garbage. Newegg should be more diligent about whom they allow to use their goodwill. Frugal Corner couldn't even last two days on another selling site that ends in bay if they operated like this. Are you kidding me?
I would have given zero eggs if it would let me.

Basic Policy
Check the Special Returns Policy below to see if it applies to your return. If not, then the following Basic Returns Policy applies:
(1) An RMA number included Damaged/DOA/Defective shipments must be requested within (30) days of the delivery date. Shipping and handling fees are the costs of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. In the event an item is sold with "free shipping", Frugal Corner will refund the amount of sales unless the reason for the return was due to neglience on customer part which includes, but not limit to purchasing incorrect quantities or model.
(2) All returns with missing part (including, but not limited to, original manufacturer packing materials) will not be processed until the part is received.
(3) Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless the item is defective/ damaged. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
(4) Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and basic returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
(5) Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Newegg will refund back to your method of payment.
