Standard Return Policy
Requirements for a full refund are; Items must be in new condition, Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap, Pet Apparel must be unworn and in new condition.
Shipping and handling (not including any applicable duties/taxes) charges for returning items shipped by a seller are borne by the buyer. (Exception is if item sent is the incorrect item, or damaged by the postal carrier)
If item is damaged in shipment or you feel the wrong item is sent we will either send you a replacement item or issue a refund upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect item. Shipping and handling (not including any applicable duties/taxes) for items that are damaged or incorrect will be borne by the seller.
For all items that are returned for reasons other than damaged or incorrect item, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. The cost of shipping will be borne by the buyer in the event of a return for any reason other than damaged or incorrect item.
If the incorrect item is sent or the item is damaged, a full refund, including the cost of shipping will be refunded. A return label will be emailed for returns of damaged or incorrect items.
Items valued at over $30 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at $60 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service.
Note: If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, you may not be eligible for a return.
