Very unhappy. We ordered toner on December 1, Dec. 11 we contacted Newegg since we had not received it yet. 5 days later the response was "The seller will be contacting you directly to resolve this issue." I understand you don't have any control over the sellers but if I'm ordering through you and you're collecting the money, you should have handled this yourselves. I was never contacted by Overstock but we did finally receive the toner on Dec. 22.

They sent me a yellow one. It only allows the use of the front button. It is really cheap. Do not buy at any price.

I ordered a printer toner from them and it was defective unit. I contacted and got me a replacement right away in 2nd day shipping. New unit is working great. I will recommend to anyone who shop here.

Ordered headphones through Overstock on 9/21. The Fedex tracking number does not work.

Rating + 3 shipping woes

order was processed quickly, but standard shipping was through UPSMI, some UPS-to-postal-service hybrid that I've never heard of. After 4 days in transit, tracking stopped updating. 5 days later I call newegg customer service, who directed me to overstock customer service, who refunded the order without a fight. 2 days later the order was delivered by USPS. Good customer service, bad shipping solutions.

Lime green is a far cry from black. Seemed like the customer service was going to be good on this one. Fairly immediate response to my complaint. Haven't heard a word out of them since.

I received my HP 45 ink cartridges very quickly, however, they ran out even quicker =/ I give them 3 stars because their customer service was great and I was able to be refunded, however, it's still upsetting and a waste of time to not receive the quality you ordered.

    You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.* You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
