Ordered a set of phones, and when they arrived, there was a missing part. Contacted seller, and they have that part on a truck to me. Will do business with again if I get the chance.

Rating + 1 poor service and bad merchandise

Absolutely terrible service. They sent product that was horribly worn with parts of the phone were incompatibe with phone I ordered. Keep away from this vender. Nasty customer service. I am disapdisappointed that newegg allows them to do business with them. I first bad experience shopping onlibe. I hope they are my last bad experience with online shopping.

Rating + 1 GoodAsNewElectronics = Endless Frustration with no Resolve

originally bought a Vizio E470i-A0 47" TV from them about 11/2013 for my daughters xmas/moving gift. Arrived with a dead psu. I literally spent 9 days emailing these people back and forth about returning this and they constantly claimed they've emailed me the label but newegg's email system keeps filtering the label attachment. I called newegg and they said they'd handle it. then they never contacted me again. I called newegg back after a couple more days and they said the best they could do is offer me $25 credit on the return shipping because they were not getting a response from GANE. so after 2 weeks I finally had it on the way to GANE after losing an additional $40 in return costs. I immediately emailed them and said when it arrives please refund me it has been 2 weeks and I have already went out and purchased a new tv. They actually sounded cooperative. WRONG. they shipped me another banged up tv and refused the refund. I filed with BBB and still got stuck with a useless tv

Rating + 5 50 Inch Vizio TV Refeb

I had a problem the screen was broken when it arrived at my home. I e-mailed customer services at Good News Electronics they told me to repack it and they scheduled UPS to pick it up the next day. The screen was broken during shipment the box had a hole in as if a fork left hit. The bottom line is I got a rebate.
I highly recommend buying from Good News Electronics

the Wi-Fi dosent work and the hole thing is slow and the dvd drawer opens some time, dosent work well. I got this so I could up grade my t.v. with the 3d .. when I turn it on the hole thing shuts down. wow . don't buy from these guys. even if its a good price. the sell broken equipment. give your money to a good cause.. you pick. thank you and have a nice day.

Spent around $400 with this seller. Terrible packaging. One item was missing parts. Seller NOT helpful at all - newegg NOT helpful at all. Will Have to file a complaint with PayPayl to get an exchange or get my money refunded. Will pay go elsewhere and pay more if I have to next time to save this aggravation.

I have been buying from Newegg for 4 years and have never had a negative experience until now. I ordered a TV on 11/28 and with the holidays and bad weather i knew that 5-7 days could stretch to maybe 9-10 business days for arrival. However, my package wasn't even SHIPPED out until 12/12. I called this seller three times to ask what was up with my package. The first two times they told me that the tracking was just slow to update which has happened so i let it slide. HOWEVER, the third time i called they admitted to me that they were buying time because they sold too many units than they had in stock. I asked for a refund and they told me i would have to go through Newegg and pay a restock fee for a TV they didn't even have in stock. So i sat back and waited and finally it arrived on 12/16. It wasn't the delay that made me angry, it was the fact that they lied to me twice and then had the audacity to want to charge me for a refund. I got my tv and it works, service was unprofessional!

The Vizio E420D-A0 42" 1080p 120Hz Smart 3D LED TV is absolutely awesome. Though refurbished it arrived in mint condition, was superbly cushioned with packing material and had all the accessories.
There was some confusion as the tracking number did not show up correctly on UPS but as Anthony from Good as New Electronics promised by email the TV arrived in a timely fashion.

    At Good as New Electronics, we specialize in the sale of factory refurbished, factory new closeouts merchandise, and factory Brand New merchandise from leading manufacturers in the consumer electronics industry. Our policy is as follows:

    Everything we sell comes with a manufacturer's warranty, and includes all the necessary warranty information. The manufacturer is to be contacted first before requesting a return from us. A vast majority of the time the manufacturer will be able to help you with your issue over the phone, and this is absolutely the fastest way for the customer to get what they paid for - and that is our goal. If no adequate resolution can be reached with the manufacturer, and only in this case, the item can be exchanged for the same item only. In the event that the particular item is out of stock and/or is no longer available, a similar item will be provided upon the approval of the customer, or a refund authorized at our discretion. Buyer’s Remorse returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee on the item plus the original shipping cost. RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
