Is already been 5 days after I had requested for RMA from the merchant Toy Store Inc.
They still had not get back to me.
This is not good.

I order a Lego product on Feb. 21, received email with tracking number on Feb. 27. As of March 24, still no product and only one response from them saying that they would send it out.
Still no product, but they did charge my cc back on Feb. 27.
will not order from them again.

Rating + 2 Terrible...

Ordered an Xbox game and they charged my account. It was pending and then the money went back in to my account. Waited, no communication, called, no answer, sent email, no response. Purchased the item somewhere else and then this company recharged my account and "shipped" the item. Waited, no update on tracking. Finally I sent them an email to return the item and get a refund in which I would pay for shipping. They finally emailed me back and refunded ALL of the money. So terrible company with no communication but the only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because they DID refund my money. Newegg should be ashamed being affiliated with companies that do business like this.

Item received in good condition. Taking one egg away because delivery took more than the 5-7 days advertised for standard shipping (and in the same state as seller). And adding it back because seller hand wrote thank you message on invoice. Nice personal touch!

Purchased a "NEW" in the box product that arrived USED in the box. Item was dirty!!!!!!!!! It has clearly been used. It was advertised as "NEW in the box" but in fact was "USED in the box". Don't purchase from this seller, they LIE LIE LIE LIE about what they are selling. NEWEGG should be ashamed to allow this to go on, they are ruining their good name. THEY DO NOT DESERVE THE ONE EGG RATING!!!!!!!!!!!

They shipped the wrong product out, got a prompt email apologizing and a RMA number. I shipped the item back and have not received a credit or ANY emails since then!! Very unhappy...

Rating + 1 slow shipping, terrible support

I ordered a pair of Sennheiser CX150 Earbuds from Toy Store Inc at the end of December with an expected shipping of 3-5 business days. After 2 weeks waiting, I decided to contact them about the order. I retrieved their contact information from newegg customer support and both emailed and called them multiple times without a response. Luckily, my order did come 2 weeks later and works fine so far.

I will not purchase from Toy Store Inc again - too much of a gamble.

RMA Policy
    A RMA must be processed within 30 days of your order date. The return package must be received within 30 days of the order date. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns. The item must be brand new and in the same condition that was shipped to you. If the item is opened, a refund will not be processed. Customers pay for all return shipping costs. Once we receive the return package, it will be inspected and a refund will be processed for the item. Original shipping and handling costs are not refunded.
RMA instructions
    Please first obtain a RMA for the item you wish to return. Include a copy of the RMA in your return package and return it back to our facility for returns processing. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
