Rating + 2 Not Up to Newegg Standards

I ordered a product a the 7th of [a month]. USPS shipping indicates it was supposedly picked up on the 9th of [a month] and it looks like I won't get it until at least the 19th. Another customer had a similar problem with his or her product being delayed at the same stage.

I gave 2 stars because when I emailed the vendor, I received a prompt, albeit useless, response. They blamed USPS. However, I ordered another product from a vendor who used the same shipping method, and it came early than expected.

Regardless of where the fault should be placed, Newegg consistently sends your orders to you quicker than you'd expect. This seller does not meet those expectations, which is the main reason I prefer to order from Newegg. This seller is a disappointment, and it reflects poorly on Newegg.

Rating + 1 Scam artists and thieves

This company had headphones that I attempted to buy in stock that they ran out of stock for, obviously, ignored two cancellation requests, gave no tracking number and claimed to send an item I never received. They had no problem taking my money, however.

I'd give negative stars if that were possible.

Not only did they ship my order fast (3rd day arrival) but they also had a retired Lego product in stock, which made my son incredibly happy. It was boxed and shipped nicely and overall I had a great experience with this seller.

RMA Policy
    A RMA must be processed within 30 days of your order date. The return package must be received within 30 days of the order date. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns. The item must be brand new and in the same condition that was shipped to you. If the item is opened, a refund will not be processed. Customers pay for all return shipping costs. Once we receive the return package, it will be inspected and a refund will be processed for the item. Original shipping and handling costs are not refunded.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
