Return for refund within: 30 days
Return for replacement within: 30 days
Restocking Fee: 20.00%

RMA Policy

A RMA must be processed within 7 days of receiving your order. The return package must be received within 30 days of the order date. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns. The item must be brand new and in the same condition that was shipped to you. If the item is opened, a refund will not be processed. Customers pay for all return shipping costs. Once we receive the return package, it will be inspected and a refund will be processed for the item. Original shipping and handling costs are not refunded.

RMA instructions

Please first obtain a RMA for the item you wish to return. Include a copy of the RMA in your return package and return it back to our facility for returns processing. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
